Just be patient with imsto. Last time I ordered something, it took almost 2 months from the time I sent money until I received the caps. This was with express shipping, and before he had his baby. I'm sure a baby son would get priority over a few orders of keycaps.

Just talked to imsto, he said that the POM jellies have been produced and some of the earlier orders have shipped out. He said my order was going out this week, and I ordered a bit before the mini-GB so I'm guessing it will be another week or two before it gets sent out?

Spacebar seems to be a little warped. Going to straighten it out with a hairdryer.

It is a ninja red tkl filco. The height is fine with me. Essentially the same height as SP keycaps.

That looks really great!

Makes me want to get some gray Round 1 keys to go with my blue Round 2 keycaps but my wallet is already screaming.

I received the keycaps approximately 5 days after imsto emailed me my tracking number. I used the fastest shipping option imsto offered in this group buy (he shipped it out via fedex).

That's terrible. I wanted so much to see what they would look like. Whether you can actually see the Letters/Numbers or not. But having it all in different shades of Blue would of been fantastic.

Then how does HHBK do it? As far as I know, the dye has to be darker than the cap and since black is darker than grey, it should be possible.

imsto can do it, he has black on blue... he probably doesn't have any stock of black on grey and doesn't care to run any right now.

Thanks AKIMBO, I've never tried SP(or any Cherry height) so I am hesitate.

Just got my red dyesubs last night and put them in this morning.

Things to note:
Spacebar and right shift are warped
Did not receive universal spacebar (I have a Leopold FC200R. I read numerous times that this set comes with the universal space bar now too.)

Help, please.

is there a way to get replacements?

Is the universal spacebar the one with two stems in the center, one centered and one off-center? That's what I got with my blanks. I don't need the universal one, as I have Filcos. I can trade you if this one will work for you, Chicken Chaser. BTW, my spacebar arrived warped as well. Common issue, I guess.

I thought the universal spacebar is the 5 hole one? One centered, 4 on the sides at different widths (leopolds require the holes closer to the center.)

I have the same space bar as you and it is not compatible with my keyboard

You can use a hairdryer to fix the warped spacebar. Just heat it up and gently bend it until its straight. Worked like a charm for me!

Well the space bar doesn't even fit... my right shift key is concerning however. Can the hair dryer method work on a shorter key like that? The stabilizers aren't fitting all the way or something, because it feels mushy when I press the right shift on the sides. It only goes down smoothly if I press close to the center.

Ah ya...hair dryer cant change the mount positions I guess heh. I don't see why it wouldn't work on a smaller key though...might just take a bit more bending.

Yes, the hair dryer can probably fix the warping issue. It's fairly common for the thick pbt spacebars to be slightly warped. I always though that the universal spacebars were the 5 stemmed ones that had an off-center stem, but taking a look at my spacebar from my white engraved PBT set shows that the truely "universal" spacebar has 7 stems.

As for the right shift, it does push down to the sides if you intentionally do it on costar stabilizers; however, pressing it down normally from the sides doesnt cause that to happen. I don't have a kb with cherry stabilizers, so i cant say anything about that.

Chicken Chaser - What you can do is either get the spacebar modded so that it fits your leopold, or buy a spacebar from wasdkeyboards that closely matches the color.

Try blow drying on low heat untill you're able to bend it. Do you have o-rings? That might help with the wobble. Im sure that there are others who can mod it, just gotta ask around.

If you're really not satisfied, you can probably sell the set over at the classifieds and pretty much get most of your money back.
