does the case support standard 87 PCB like the hiney h87 (usb-c/mini-b) or the infinity 87 from mechlovin?

I am also curious about this, standard PCBs are great as it makes finding one down the road less of a hassle.

Ah, forgot to answer that question too
Sorry, unfortunately it does not support standard 87 PCBs

Two things I'm concerned with. In some renders there is a Radiance logo on the top plate; is that going to be in the final layout? I'd enjoy the board much more with no top plate logo. Also in the first three set of renders the second angle shows that the top plate doesnt fully cover the back plate, leaving additional space under the board. However the prototypes look like the top plate does fully cover all the way up to the back plate which I like way more.

Lastly, since this case does not support other 87PCBs, is there an option of getting the December QMK PCB along with this order or are the plans just to ship without QMK and people who want it just have to order separately in December.

Looks good. Only wish the bottom weight was much more subtle instead of the Think6.5 style logo.

Agreed, I didn't notice that at first, the Radiance logo on the top really makes it look worse. Also +1 on the QMK PCB being ordered *with* the board and not afterwards.

Really excited until I saw no QMK. One in December is better than none, but makes me pause.

If it’s after the group buy it makes me worry that it’s a lie to induce us to buy it. I’m not calling anyone a liar, but the promise of a better board after the initial group buy (why wouldn’t they just release both at the same time?) makes me need to trust a stranger that I have no reason to trust.

I don't want to ruin the upcoming announcement, but if it's true then I'm back in 10000% and so damn keen, and I'd even do whatever to help out the GB in becoming a success. Super excited, I hope the rumour is true!

What will hotswappable PCB support?

Only supports bottom WKL, ANSI layout.

Any possibility of a hotswap PCB for the layout with windows key?

+1 on this, I didn't realise this :/ TKL >>> WKL. I feel like people who want Hotswap will want TKL and people who want WKL will tend to be solderers, no?

I mean all WK PCBs “support” WKL, I think? You’d just... put a blocker over it on the case top. Right?

I'm pretty sure senyro meant that the first S-WKL is not compatible. The winkey uses the same plate and PCB as the WKL based off the pictures.

I asked a few days ago on discord specifically if the regular windows key ANSI layout has hot swap option and they said no. I do hope I misunderstood their answer or they misunderstood my question though

In the Discord people are saying no, and that the hotswap PCB will be 1.5/1.5/7/1.5/1.5.

This is a huge let down. Why on earth you'd do that when a 1.5/1/1.5/7/1.5/1/1.5 can be used in a WKL keyboard, I have no idea.

I am hugely disappointed and am seriously rethinking whether I'd want this keyboard.

Correct, sorry for the confusion.

1.5/1/1.5/7/1.5/1/1.5

so it supports both the WK and WKL, just that it will be the fixed bottom layout of 1.5/1/1.5/7/1.5/1/1.5

Im probably late for this kind of suggestion but ill try anyways. Since the black-dyed policarbonate looks sick af i would like to see some more dyed policarbonate variations. Maybe a dark purple one (which is my favourite) or some red variations. This keyboard needs to radiate his divine light and poly is the best at this job!

Looked dope to me. At the least, WAY, WAY, WAY better then those 65% with that god awful 2 or 4 key cluster (for page up/down) Those things are atrocious.

If you are still interested, I would suggest joining the OP's discord. There have been some updates on the server. :)

Thanks, but I'm good. Not interested in signing up/joining anything. Discord can suck it. I never liked "chat room" style communication, not since AOL.
