I kinda like this idea, actually. For me personally I use the numeric cluster of the numpad a fair bit, but don't use the one row across the top. If you did a ZoomPad Mini that was without the top row (maybe put the knob where NumLock is on this version) I think that'd be a pretty novel thing that I'm not sure if anyone else has done.
Regardless, will probably cop one of these. Good luck.
