Time is constant. Your perception of it is what's relative. But anyways, getting off track here...Stars.

Posting shows that you've spent time in the community. Roaming forever and not making any input is different then spending all of your free time here and communicating with everyone.

I wouldn't call what pacifist does "communicating," I'd say he's more on that "not making any input" side
but then all those people with 10 posts never go online but were here in 09 would have elder status
Which is why I had made the argument about how "elder" status's should be based on when a user registered, not their post count... think it was in this thread a couple pages back...EDIT: yeah, it was here: http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=44539.msg1059590#msg1059590
http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=44539.msg923453#msg923453I've been against the stars since day 1.

Yeah Id feel weird with Elder status but Id love a Pink Star since Im on the forum 24/7 ;p
Cyan star time
I wish upon a star to get a star! Pretty please!
It's not automatic, is it? I still have to ask a mod after 1000 post, right? How did you even have 9K post rowdy? You been here for years??
Yes, I do seem to have more than 9000 posts. No idea how that happened ...
If anyone wants a star, please contact someone with an "Administrator" or "Moderator Supreme" forum title specifically. It's not as simple as adding an icon to the title and needs higher ranked permissions that moderators have.
