These are the first pictures of my STEEL custom cut Keeb.io Viterbi.

Will be cleaned up, better cables, and a better keycap set (not liking these big bang set). And i have better pictures and a video coming about it.

Ooh, what are the feet on that Viterbi? Looks so much nicer than standard tenting poles.

The bigger tenting clear feet are these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075KWVTJV
They are the tallest SOLID and non-marking ones i could find, there other rubber feet that are taller are squishy, leave marks on desk, and cost over 50$ (meant for speaker dampening)

The smaller black feet are https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XCLYL53r

Finally finished my dream setup for home:

Tina-A w/ DZ60 PCB, 67g Zealios - lubed, GMK WoB. The HHKB layout is awesome; once I have an HHKB as my travel/work board, I'll be truly content... for a year or so  :p

Here's a new 4-point tray-mount case I got - it's a Noxary T60 in blue-grey :thumb:

Dressed with a half-plate design of mine, tuned MX Blacks and Hammer CRP Arabic PBT caps.

I designed the plate and outsourced it via KBDfans so you can find it on sale there.

How does it feel?

A bit softer because of the PCB-mounting and my now lighter typing, but overall nothing crazy different (re: people asking about flex or otherwise). It doesn't bounce or anything that I can tell, even forcibly.

I have a love/hate relationship with red and black. Right now I'm in love. I'll probably burn this keyboard and everything on it tonight when I switch back to hate.

I really like the way this pic came out, mind you I'm no photographer, LOL! This board has been my daily driver for the last month or so, ever since I rebuilt it. it's a RedScarfII+ ver.C with lubed Satanic Pandas (YOK housings + Halo stems), clipped & lubed GMK screw in stabilizers, JTK Toxic caps, & a Ecto Kake Fugu for some flair (shout out to LightningXI for letting the Fugu go to me!). While I usually prefer more muted colors on my caps, there is just something about the combo of black & that wild electric green/yellow that really grabbed my attention & never let go. I searched for quite awhile trying to find a secondhand set of the DCS or SA run of Toxic to no avail, thankfully JTK came through with his set!

Biggest regret in keyboards in 2018.

Beautiful photos!

several have popped up on mm since, you've just been kinda cheap about it. lol.

My "endgame" Filco MJ2 build:

- 68g Gold Spring Lubed Vintage Blacks with Polycarb switch film
- Ducky Shine 3 Plate (So I can have Cherry Stabilizers)
- Pegasus Hoof controller
- Neoprene foam between plate and PCB
- White diffused indicator LEDs
- Tex aluminum case

Makes about 0 sense in terms of cost and effort but honestly it feels incredible and is my most solid sounding board I own.

Tex cases seem so solid for their pricetag, I might have to pick one up sometime. Not a fan of the lil lights but I’m sure I wouldn’t mind em when using.

They are pretty nice cases for sure, especially once you put some shelf liner in the bottom. I've always been on the fence about the indicators, I could take them or leave them, but changing them from the stock red leds is a must.
