Obtaining red springs
« on: Tue, 28 February 2012, 20:40:58 »
Hello Geekhack! I have a Poker x with mx black key switches. I am wanting to try out red switches, and I figured the cheapest way was to purchase red springs, and replace my black springs with them to make "ghetto reds". If I like them then I may mod the entire keyboard so that every key switch uses a red spring.

red springs are the same as blue and brown, so if you can find a donor board with red blue or brown switches, you're golden :)

Aww. My only other keyboard is a buckling spring. Right now I'm guessing my best bet is to just make a post in the classifieds.
