I would also like to chime in that I placed and received a order within the space of a week and that was to the UK, also contacted someone there to which they responded to me within a day.

It seems like they are making traction. This is good.

But, how long will it last?

Emboldened for emphasis.  Until Sherry becomes consistent and updates people, I see no reason to try and validate his business or give it praise.

They're selling colorful double-shot even with promotion!
But, they are neither shipping my goods ordered last year, nor replying email.
I can't understand it at all.

He's going on holiday again, according to the latest newsletter.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Hopefully but they seem to be on the ball at the moment, if not I don't think I ever said but the facebook page they seem to repsond fast on that, even had a nice chat with someone who worked for them, and they responded very fast, might be worth a try on that route if anything went wrong.

maybe he missed the GB, maybe he didn't like the ISO legends/symbol mods

Funny they have never answered one of the many emails I have sent to multiple addresses they give to contact them over orders they have never fulfilled.
guess they just decided to completely ignore any communication related to the backlog of orders they never fulfilled :/ when i found out about this, i decided i'll never make any purchases from them

I missed Ivan's GB so I'm waiting on a Dolch set as well.

I emailed them a while ago for updates but did not receive a reply.

The site keeps getting updates however and now there are different options for buying the dolch set than when I purchased it so hopefully a little patience will pay off.

Was tempted to pre-order the Dolch since I missed the GB and am now really wanting it. If there is no communication or any compensation for many people who've ordered a long time ago I don't think anyone should be ordering anyone from this outfit.

Even if they happen to honor orders placed currently they need to make good on what they've promised earlier. Scammers stay in business by cheating only as much as they can get away with.

I was lucky enough to get mine, but he's starting to get extra sketchy again.
