Yes, case lighting. And although the case doesn't support it it's still an additional feature. It's cool to have if you ever want to DIY a case or find some other use for it.

The LED pinds are broken out so it supports LED strips, and there should be enough space in the case.

Cases are done being milled. Looks a bit rough as it hasn't been sandblasted or anodized yet.

Interesting that it looks like they milled out most of the aluminum in the bottom of the case based on the post size instead of leaving it there for a heavier case like some of the customs do, especially when it seems like it would cost less to not mill it out.. unless I don't know what I'm talking about

In all honesty this completely slipped my mind, originally the board was supposed to have a usb hub daughter board that made it necessary. The case should still have some decent weight to it, on the plus side shipping is less because of it

As far as I know it ended up being an expensive pain in the butt that wouldn't have enough power to drive anything because of the amount of LEDs.

Ahh, that makes sense. I guess that's why most boards with a hub run 2 usb cables to the computer. Thanks for clarifying.

Hey Dooder thanks for the update! Can't wait to get this in my hands, especially with my zealios already arrived and waiting for a new home.

Probably should have thought to ask this a while ago, but do the PBT key caps come with a short right shift or a split backspace to support all the different layouts the board can handle?

Bit of good news and bad news. Good news is that all the parts shipped and should be here by Friday or Monday. Bad news is I have to go on a trip for the whole of next week so I wouldn't be able to ship out this week :/

If they come this week I'll make sure to take a bunch of pics before leaving. I'll be back later next week, or the weekend after that. Sorry about this.

I'd love to design a 5mm Acrylic plate that sits flush with the case for my build, I'd love to get that done before the board arrives, so I can start building right away.

Probably not. Dooders should have a CAD file that would have been sent to the shop.

Why? He designed it, so he should be able to easily access that data.
It's also not like I want to steal his work in any way, I just want to make a plate for the board I ordered (which will also only support the layout I'm going to use, so no gaps except around the stabs), get one of those cut and be happy when the board arrives because I would already have the plate done and could start assembly right away. If he decides not to share that information I'd have to wait until the board arrives and measure it myself and then design the plate afterwards, but that would just uneccessarily delay assembly. One way or the other I'll get those measurements anyways, since it's also not really any covert information, I don't see dooders losing anything when giving me the measurements before the board arrives (other than the maybe 5 min it will take him to look that up).

Hey guys, got back from my vacation yesterday, and the shipment arrived today. However, while I was gone my manufacturer told me they were having some problens with 19/25 of the PCB's and that they were shorting out. I'll ship the 6 working PCB's out right now starting with the people who ordered first. The faulty PCB's are being shipped to me on the 21st and I will troubleshoot them and get them remade ASAP.

If you ordered the dye-sub caps, you also get a plastic keycap holder as an extra

I'll also upload some more detailed pics later!

@kawasaki161 Give me a bit and I'll get them to you!

Also, I'm very sorry about the delays. The manufacturer promised that they could finish and ship everything by June 15th, but that hasn't exactly happened.
