Converting a G81 3000 using it's original controller
« on: Tue, 07 January 2025, 15:34:10 »
Was wondering if it is possible to make/map a matrix out for a G81 keyboard controller in such a way as to use MX switches instead of the membrane and what potential limits can be reached with it, like could it be NKRO/work with a PS/2 converter etc. Was trying to find any projects around this but it seems like most handwire projects revolve around a teensy or something else. I do have one but I wanted to use it for a future 40's build and wanted to use the materials I had laying around to try and make something work.
