uh, i don't think that WASD supports the special keys that steelseries has, like the enter.
i think you can just make your layout on the normal one provided by WASD. most keys should fit i think. sadly not all. pretty sure you will find more information about which do and which don't on this forum somewhere :)

if you mean the R1 1x1, R2 1x1 etc. that is what keycap you want. the keycaps in the different rows on your keyboard have slighlty different shapes. also the modifiers are bigger etc.

if you want a full custom keycap set (all keys), then you can go to the custom keyboard designer and after you press add to cart you can choose if you want it as full keyboard or only the caps, so you don't have to fight with the different key cap types.

do you want to make an iso layout?
WASD wants to add ISO layout to the designer soon, i guess(hope) § will be supported then.
maybe ask your specific questions in the WASD subforum here on geekhack, they have an account here and check it quite often and answer peoples questions

You can add or upload SVG's of what you want on the keycap, and add the § that way. Alternatively, I think emailing him with your concern will also work.

This is 'cause WASD is awesome.
