Has the MOQ been reached for this GB?

We have reached the MOQ, but not yet for the price for the GB, because the price in the GB is taken from numbers from the IC.

Any idea how close we are to reaching the price for the GB? Also, if it doesn't reach that price, what price would it be? Or, will Gateron not consider an order less than a certain number of units.

Well, the housings of stock gaterons are a milky clear/white, these are completely clear and made out of a somewhat different material.

Only black and clear switches are at sixteen cents a piece now. However the plastic of these tops is transparent, while the plastic of the switches is translucent. But of course, they look similar, and if you are looking for full switches the other GB is for you. However, if you need some extra tops to install on switches you already have, Cherry included, to give them a different look this may interest you. Of course you may buy full switches to swap their tops to other switches, but you will have switch internals and bottoms left over, so at certain point you will need some tops for them.

makes more sense.  Ty for the info haha.  Just ordered some vintage blacks, so some clear tops might be nice, gotta open em up to switch the springs anyway right.  The tops wouldn't affect the smoothness of the vintage blacks right?

well, it would depend, but knowing the smoothness of the plastic in gateron switches, I'm sure these will be the same or similar smoothness

However, many have realized the current GB on Gaterons is a good chance to do it, resulting in more than 50,000 units already ordered; you can join, or let it pass. But, if you want to compare Gaterons with other switches there are a few other threads on that, already. If not, you could open a thread on it; this one is to inform about Cover's GB terms and conditions and to discuss them, so we try to keep it on topic.

To answer your question Karura, these ones are made of a better plastic that doesn't crack easily, so the switch covers are much stronger. There have also been reports that they fit the switch tighter, resulting in less side-to-side contact and thus stickers are not required.

To answer your question Karura, these ones are made of a better plastic that doesn't crack easily, so the switch covers are much stronger. There have also been reports that they fit the switch tighter, resulting in less side-to-side contact and thus stickers are not required.

Am starting to figure that some people didn’t forget; they deliberately forgot, so that they don’t have to risk any cash if GB fails and organizer runs off. Haven't we discussed this before like 10 times?  OK, I'm PMing AND posting this again to remind you about PBT 1000 bag...

Go ahead and buy extras to round up; if you have enough when I go over and collect I'll buy 100 or whatever number you find convenient. All that talk is making me curious and I don't mind buying some just to play play.

Not going to turn this into a formal order so it gives you the freedom not to sell to me if you don't have extras. MY personal view is that most GBs can buy extra because always these jokers pop out of the woodwork and ask to buy after they see that GB organizer hasn't run away with the money.

So I've received an invoice saying GClears, I'm thinking those are for the clear switches. I'm not sure if I've placed an order for this too.

1) Is it possible to check if I've placed an order for this? I sort of remember doing it but maybe I'm wrong and the invoice is only for the switches.
2) If I haven't ordered the switch tops, is it possible to combine shipping even after I've paid the invoice for the switches?
3) Should I just go ahead and pay the current invoice I have now?

Just really confused, Considering i was invoiced less shipping per 300 switches, VS 250 switch tops and i assumed they were to be combined to save money, which is half the drawcard of these two GB being run together.
