Granted it looks like a nice keyboard, but $500 seems pretty pricey.

Sweet. I believe I have actually seen the making of this keyboard on either kbdmania or OTD. A very nice board for sure.

At that price he could at least explain what the red key does. I think I know, but he should say.

Also for a "customized layout" it isn't very adventurous.

On the other hand, 10/10 for just having the one LED it needs, and making it a red one. Red preserves night vision. Best choice by far IMO.

With $500 as a starting bid, this guy really should not be expecting to sell this keyboard.

The price isn't high considering the time that went into this. If someone is ready to pay that much is another question, of course.

The yellowed space bar is the only distraction I can see right now. Otherwise it looks like a brand new board.

It's a beautiful keyboard, and there was, obviously, a lot of time put into this, but you would have hoped they would have spent a little extra time/effort into finding a white spacebar or, at least, trying to whiten it.

Sounds like a job for toothpaste.  In the Mods forums, Chloe and Lam have done some amazing work restoring yellowed plastic using toothpaste.

It works on the same principle, actually. Hydrogen peroxide with an oxidizing agent.
