How the group buy works?

In Pimp My keyboard, I added some stuffs, but when I check out, all the stuffs disappear. Should I wait for the timer of the kit reaches 0? Or should I update the stuffs in the cart first?

Probably a better idea to contact them directly, sounds like there's a problem with their site.

If you successfully checked out you have tried to buy the items, but nothing will be sent out until 6-8 weeks after the timer reaches 0 and then only if it has "tipped" or they're feeling generous on a nearly tipped child deal (they don't make anything if it isn't popular enough)

If you clicked check out and everything disappeared before you could enter your address, paypal etc. there is a problem...
