Just learnt bout __ Burn Scars ___

Basically what happens is, after the forest burns, the land does not hold rain water like before, so whatever city/ road was built around the region is now subject to flooding/ mudslide damage.  As has occurred in colorado, where a mudslide has permanently disabled a major interstate highway.

So burnt/ evacuated towns built around fire areas, even if rebuilt, may be destroyed by later flooding.

We are also running out of ice.

Street surfing.
It won't be much longer you'll be able to surf down main street Miami. Instead of going under the pier you can now dodge light poles, parking meters and fire hydrants and boardslide the handrails and parked cars.

Mudbog 500
Instead of Baja 500 or 1000 in the desert hold the Mudbog 500, a race from Orlando or Miami Florida to the safety of Georgia. You can even have various classes such as fan boats, mudboggers and swamp buggies.

Tunnel water skiing.
Water ski the subway tunnels in New York, just hook a rope to the back of the subway train and hang on.

West Coast Bandit Run
Re-enact Smokey and the Bandit but instead of a truckload of beer you have to bring a load of bottled water from Colorado to Southern California.

ok I'm down for the Bandit run and Bog 500.

But hey, US, Canada, and Russia are starting to negotiate fishing treaties for the Arctic Ocean, it never used to be much of an issue.
