Congrats on a great looking mockup

One thing you should keep in mind especially with those Japanese characters is that the SP molds need at least 1.5mm (IIRC) of clearance in the lines and the spaces between so you might not be able to get those made

Yup, you'll need to confirm the designs of the legends with Signature Plastics. They quote 0.020" as the "safe" minimum gap between lines and size of "islands", but they can go as small as 0.008" depending on certain factors. The best is to make sure you don't have any gaps smaller than about 0.010" then confirm with SP if the design is okay or needs modifying. If you want to make sure it's "safe", though, then go with at least 0.020" gaps and islands and stay within 0.38" vertical size and 0.06" of each horizontal edge. 2.25x and 2.75x caps you need to be further away from the horizontal edges due to the smaller support grid.
Buying more keycaps,
it really hacks my wallet,
but I must have them.

I like the color scheme and the Jap style. The only thing I would change is maybe add more Jap characters.

Nice!  I like your color choices.  Look very nice with a dark wood case.

Hmmm, I think that a more calligraphic looking text would be more appropriate for this drop, the text as is looks very plain and I think something a little more exotic would better mimic how you are styling this set.

I love this keyset, the style, color tone, novelty keys and every things.
However, for Chinese/Japanese people, the fonts of Chinese text keys was awful. Because this font is too modern and no soul, it's a meaningless font.
Based on your theme, I suggest you use this font, it called DFKai-SB/KaiU, in Chinese is 標楷體. It is a very traditional font which used from ancient, and more fit the theme's year.
