Sure, but all the other kits when compared EU vs USA are roughly 1€ = 1$. Only signs is 50$ vs 65€, which makes no sense.

No price drops on this set, but we have priced it with the aim of 500 being achieved. Depending on how many sets we do sell, we will look at adding value back into the kit by way of some additional caps-similar to what Bentō did.

everything has made MOQ except for midnight kit, which is coming ever closer. At the current rate it will definitely make it by the end of the buy :).
Due to our early MOQ I’ve also started work on color sampling. Currently I am matching the colors to RAL which is a better color system for GMK to get accurate.
KF artisans will be coming soon!

So many caps coming out that I might need to start selling my older sets to make space for these ones lol. This is an awesome set though so maybe if I don't manage to win an artisan raffle, I'll look into getting the signs set although the spacebars are enticing except I'd be paying 30 dollars to just use one blue spacebar when maybe i could just steal it from mizu.

GMK has better accuracy matching to the RAL color space, so i have selected the chips that we will be using as our final color matching!

Matching to these samples will get us most of the way there on accuracy, and then i'll be able to fine tune as the first production samples come in from GMK.

Yeah, I mentioned that right at the start. It's the reason I'm staying out so far, since without Signs kit what's the point and with it it's bloody expensive...
We just got in contact with mykeyboard, and the novelties were set at 100 MOQ instead of 150. The pricing for those has been adjusted now :)

GMK Necro had a similar lottery process for a chance to purchase an exclusive Necro themed Fugu artisan by EatTheFood.
Those artisans were $80, and you bought them sight unseen - not knowing what they even looked like. I'm glad we can see what they look like here in advance, because they're not cheap purchases!

@nephlockUnfortunately rendering for this set is completed, so we won’t be able to provide any additional ones on request. Looking at that board though, it has a more classic red whereas metros red has a little more orange in it. On the whole it would probably still look great on that board, and would just come down to how much variance you’ll allow in the reds matching

Nope. The Keyforge form will stay open until April 30th so that everyone has a chance to get their entry/order # in, and raffle will occur after that has closed.
There was some misinformation floating around that raffles had happened already. This was caused by a few other artisans that had raffle sales on their own that weren't tied to the GB. :thumb:

Is there an exact number of amount of Keyforge artisans that will be available?
There is not, as they are still yet to be made. I have been told that due to the complexity of the colorway, it will definitely be less than were available for simpler runs (like terminal or taro)

After analyzing the data on the extra keys form, the overall single winner was to add in some additional accents. However, in talking with both Mike @ NovelKeys and GMK, we also wanted to help out the other areas that were voted high, especially with some of the layout keys that help this set actually get on to more boards.

- Yellow Return - To give a proper mod color accent to this key
- Teal Arrow Cluster - This gives another option for arrows, as well as provides a much requested accent for those that got the midnight kit
- "N" Logo Novelty - My personal mark, but also isn't out of place sitting next to the current novelties
- 2U Shift - This will give proper compatibility to those using the "compressed" 60% layout, as well as some smaller boards
- 1.25 Tab / 1.75 Return - These keys will help give correct row-profile and legend coverage to some popular sub-60% boards
I'm absolutely thrilled that we'll be able to get in this many extra keys, as i believe it gives a little bit back to every major category that was voted for.
These additions are fantastic! So glad I got in for this beautiful set, and super excited to get it.

looks great but paper samples for plastic colors makes me nervous
this seems like a set that's not super sensitive to color matching though so it'll likely be fine

This is correct. What we ended up doing was providing a few crucial keys across all those areas so that everyone could get something they’d like :)

Interestingly enough, red is also one of the hardest colors to keep accurate when compressed digitally. It doesn’t compress as well as other colors.
A good example of this difficulty can be found in early dvds - and its very obvious in them when they used red text on end credits. (There’s usually a lot of color bleeding)

This was an area that I went through some debate on. Had I included the yellow f5-8 keys in the base, that would have meant adding 4 additional keys to the midnight kit in order to keep coverage. Ultimately I decided that by making the whole F-row uniform in the base we could keep the cost of both kits appropriate. Hope you understand :)

As you stated, teal and yellow could use a little bit more saturation.
The dark blue to me is a tad too saturated though. Would look black in indoor lighting imo.

Yes, we have to get ours shipped by sea because of the weight. EU proxies get theirs shipped by air because of the location.

Shipping speed. EU is able to get these shipped by air. Ours are shipped by sea because of the amount of orders along with the weight.

I got mine today, as I had gone through Spaztic Cables directly. I needed a custom length configuration that the NovelKeys GB couldn't account for, otherwise I would have gone that way obviously. But, I can tell you you won't be disappointed when you get yours.

Hey as long as it doesn't hit my front porch on Thanksgiving week I'll be happy. Ironically when joining group buys earlier this year, I intentionally skipped buys that would deliver in November. Now since everything has been delayed, I got a Klippe, a Hexgears, an NK65, Metropolis, and Oblivion all slated to ship in November. That's what I get for planning! :p

This occasionally will happen with GMK. All keycap sets are still sorted by hand, so there can be mistakes. They are very good about fixing any issues though. I got your email and responded. You will definitely get the missing keycap!

I doubt we're voting, but MT3 would be amazing! Pity it probably wouldn't be doable as PBT would require reverse dye sub (which I don't think the fab can do) or double shot ABS (and MT3 Susuwatari is now almost a year late...). We can dream though :)

IMO gmk font and cherry profile looks the best with this set.
