Just wondered - are we still able to buy - and is the $400 offer pre-soldered? I'd be after the whole thing, but want to solder it myself (something to do ).

so the 400 option is for a totally custom built, with stickers lube leds etc all to order

if you wanna do it yourself, but have everything provided for you,l if you shoot me a pm with exactly what you want, i can sort a quote for you

Looks like I'm making this a plateless build, that PCB is wayyy too beautiful to cover up. Always wanted something to replicate the feel of my Pures with the addition of programmability.

Very interested in buying a PCB only (mainly due to monetary constraints), but what cases are compatible with it?  Would a normal case that can fit a Poker 2 work?

Yep, contact one of  them for a custom order - I've done the same , essentially everything minus keycaps to build the keyboard

On that note - Bunny, did you want the order ID so you can adjust the total cost so I can pay?

yeah if you want a cutom quote or to pay via paypal, use the contact form on the top of ctrl alt and send me your order number, any additional info i need, as well as a paypal email

It's not actually possible to go plateless with this keyboard as it is designed so that the top of the case and the plate are the same piece.

The design is very similar to this one:

This pcb only supports cherry pcb mounted stabs.

The gon ns housing/plate is designed to hug the stabilizer inserts in place.

You can use the pcb without a plate in different type of housing, like a poker case.

I seem to recall earlier that there was possibly going to be purple pcb's at some point? Any word on those? I can't imagine they would too soon if they're a thing at all.
