I enjoy my personalized reddit frontpage, but I've found r/mechanicalkeyboards doesn't have a ton of content outside pictures and keyboard recommendations most of the time so I usually don't check the sub specifically.

I can post it if no-one else has/wants to.

I posted to reddit already, there's been 2 threads on /r/mk since the group buy launch. Another one might not hurt, my last post didn't get much notice (~4 upvotes)

There's a thread on Deskthority also.

I really want this to make it! Am more excited for these mods than the GMK Electric Bluegaloo ones, and the price is better, though fewer keys at this point. Not sure if it's the full set that's slowing things down, hard to pull off 3 buys.

Creating a 3d rendered mock-up might help a little to gain interest.

From what Ivan has said before, whatever makes MOQ will be produced.

If only we could magically conjure a sample set of these to convince people how great this key set would look.  Cyan on black would look good on so many boards (Dolch PAC ) and the Magenta provides that touch of contrast between alphanumerics and modifiers.  Also, the consistent black background color is a nice alternative to the usual high contrast modifiers that can sometimes be gaudy.

I think it we wanted to hit the MOQ we would have to. Helps keep cost down for everyone else that doesn't use a ErgoDox with out the added extras.

Eh.. Not sure I am a fan of posting numbers. It just creates a headache for the GB leader to have to update numbers and such. Also it can deter people from joining if they don't see that the kit will hit MOQ.

I've heard this said before, but what's the risk of joining the GB? If it doesn't hit MOQ then you don't get charged right? And it's not like there are many/any other competing buys at the moment. And even if there was, and you wanted the set, and didn't know the numbers, you would assume, as I do, that both will go through and you get charged.

So I get that posting the numbers may be a pain, but this could be done once every few days, which I assume sit on a spreadsheet somewhere, hence the production of the percentages.

But why would seeing the numbers deter potential buyers? It either happens and you get charged or it doesn't and you don't

Would be nice if a re-seller could take the hit on the mod packs if they're lacking, the CMYK set that Billnye ran had over 30 people on a waiting list for extras, of which many of them would have bought more than 1 set.

Worst case you, you can't sell and you have 3 of everything! No food, but 3 sets of MN to keep you warm at night....in the streets bc you also can't afford the rent.
