OMG,
Everybody, I made a mistake.
When I editing the stock yesterday.
I accidentally mark PCB white available and Tactile Gray unavailable.
Tactile Gray should be available.
And white doesn't.

I'm confused before pcb whites were not available in the drop down box but you say they should have been.  Now they are available to pick on the site but they shouldn't be?

Shouldn't have PCB mounted white.
But if somebody already ordered while the quantity is error.
I think we can cover it with our stock.

We start shipping orders today.
But we're still working on processing orders on the system.

Yes, for most countries, X'mas will bring shipping delay.

Plate mounted Grays weren't ever an option, I'm afraid. Only PCB mount.

I did not get a shipment confirmation though, don't know why.
Also the 'track my shipment' button in the order overview does not work. It only opens a new window with the shipment number (Shipment #0000000xxx). Maybe you should look into that.

As we mentioned, tactile gray and some white got delay.
We decided not to wait anymore and order some next week.
Most orders haven't been sent will be sent next week.
Although not every switches we need have arrived Taiwan.
But we can do the shipping for most orders first.
