Is there any chance we could get 1x RGB versions of ctrl, alt, and shift, please? I can see them coming in really handy for the JD40 and the non-standard upcoming Massdrop keyboard.
And any chance to include blue Enter like in first GB? RED and BLUE totally different look.

I have a question.  I'm an amateur at group buys, as I am about to get my first mech kb (TKL).  During the first round of these keycaps, they were sold for ~$35.  Is this for only the base set?  Would I need to purchase the common kit AND modifier keys-- which would double the cost to ~$70?

Thanks!

You have to buy Base + Modifiers for a basic set. But I would not miss this GB if I were you, few GB ar as complex as this one, and with such a nice design. I have missed Round 1 and I was sorry....

Yes you are correct, common kit and modifier kit to cover a tkl.

That depends on the price tier we reach. But yeah, that's a realistic estimate.

we have to make some compromises... I still have a couple of days to make some modifications but I can't make everyone happy.

Definitely understood, and will absolutely be pumping some funds into a common kit+extras for the other KB.

Just still weird to have non-dish F and J opted out of the common kit this time around for a Homing Kit.  Is there a big market for that? I rather like the even feeling of full DSA, but I'll buy what I need regardless.

the "homing kit" would be pretty inexpensive, I might be wrong but probably 90% of people looking for standard F/J also need other homing keys.

I mostly just want a red escape and blue enter on top of the standard kits because it looks amazing in all the pics I've seen.

I guess I don't mind purchasing the gamer set for the red escape, but would liked to have seen orange WASD keys as well.

The red enter looks great but I'm sad there isn't a blue one too. I might have to see if SP has any blank blues in that size.

One red ESC came in the common kit, yes.
The gamer kit has a **** ton of stuff and should only be like $20.

I'm still trying to shrink things around.

This could be the Gamer kit:

Blue enters, no red because it seems red is too communist.

The 3 community logos are in the common kit now:

ISO Enters are back to gray, so people don't go in division by zero.

Ergodox now includes a blank key

Extra OS Kit is now super awesome

Multimedia also includes the extra function keys

I just miss the international kit at this point. Hope everything else is fine.

Liking the gamer kit more like this. I'm just happy to have the blue enter keys back!

Realforce EK45 (Silenced)  |  Realforce 87UW (45g)  |  Realforce 87UWS (Variable)
Filco MJ2 TKL (Cherry Clears)  |  Phantom 87 (78g Gateron Clears)  |  Phantom 86 (67g Zealios)

From the perspective of someone who just wants to add something to his R1 I wouldn't order the gamer kit anymore in it's actual state. Red Esc that everyone from R1 has and blue Enter that almost everyone from R1 has. Orange Esc and Red Enter would solve that.

Time to find 10* people that don't mind parting with their SI keys.

Gonna check the set I bought from the classifieds and buy any remaining kits I want when this goes live after seeing how it suit my V60.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

I'm going to have so many extra keys... I bought an entire international kit in R1 just for the 1u backslash/pipe key and this round will be no different.

I need the same keycap but I did not buy the set just for one. I suppose there is no way to provide all of us exactly what we actually need.

Looks like it'll be in Common Kit now, but this time I'm buying two icon Pro mod kits, plus all the mods I had last round in Icon instead of Text, plus mono kits.

And probably extra OS kit. And for sure a few of the specialty board kits for the 3u spacebar, maybe up to 3 for spares and to encourage them to tip in case only me and Matt3o have the MiniLa.

Also Gamer Kit for the blue arrows. Wish ESDF was the standard, but I can live with WASD.

Also I missed the numpad last time, and even though I don't have a numpad on any of my boards, maybe someday I'll get or build a standalone numpad?

Ok so I'll get a common kit too. I didn't reach out to get any of the fixed 1u keys and the pics in the R1 thread look really nice.

Are we going to see 7u spaces again? I don't yet have a winkeyless board.. but I want one...

Depending on the key you can sometimes buy individual caps from SP and they aren't always listed in inventory.

That's a shame, only 4. But basically, it didn't improve the cost production, you just skip the sublimated legends step in the process ?

Only bummer is no blue ISO Enter, but maybe noone wanted blue instead of grey.
