I went with

D
C
I
A
B

I would probably have put I at the top if I had a topre keyboard to put it on tho..

I had to delete D at the last second because he updated them with prices. (It was on the top of my list too) I accidentally left J on there O_____O

Hopefully if I win J I will be able to trade it for a cool MX skull  :))

Lets just say.. if I win 'I' I will not be buying anything in my amazon cart for a while!

When will we know if we got in or not?

Often he'll send just an "in" email to those who made it, followed by an invoice later that day or next day.

So...then we will get the "in" email tonight or tomorrow?..sorry im just so anxious.

How are you seeing your exact send time down to the second? My gmail only shows hour and minutes?

Me too.. I've never been in a Clack sale before, but that is how everyone else seems to do it.  I lost out on all of Nub's heart caps to people that had them listed lower in priority than the 3 you were allowed to win :p

Depends on the man's schedule. Usually ones held earlier in the day, he gets the "in" emails out by end of day. I have no clue if he'll have the time tonight considering he already said he was late getting home.

You can also often see him listing "GONE" in red next to the items in the 4grabs post as he assigns them to winners.
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.

Well in the 420 sale I put every MX key on my list and got 'in' for 1 single keycap.

Just lettin you know you can list as many as you want for next time.

I have always assumed you can list as many as you desire, but there is always a limit to how many you can win. If it's 'list only two, and you might win those' then this would explain a lot about my numerous failures.

Pretty sure I have seen CC comment as clarification before that you can list as many as you want, and the limit applies only to what you win.

First clack sale my heart wasn't racing as I hit send. Maybe I'm jaded, or am just more realistic about my chances of getting in.

Strange the sale said:

yet the instructions did not say to enter your address. Maybe he is going to check usernames at geekhack, or just doesn't really care about restricting to the US. I guess it could also be possible for him to refund people if the shipping address ends up being international. Oh well time will tell.

Good luck everyone.

Did any of the 4th Dibs sale people show their caps anywhere yet? Maybe they were under NDA until this sale as some kind of experiment. Isn't it fun attempting to buy stuff you've never seen pictures of?

Even if there was a "Bathroom explosion sale" with no pictures and everything was well....the awful colors of bathroom activities people would buy it up and ask for more

I'm in for a blind bathroom splosion sale.
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.

He said it is closed. Will probably just ask the very few who got those (little left) in order if they are okay how it is or want to swap.

Seems like there won't be any "IN" mails tonight, which could be good or bad.

Two of my initials are J and D, although in the order D and J.

For real.

What do I win?

;D
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
