When I got mine, it was very dirty as well. But like someone earlier mentioned, the rubber membrane pad actually made it so all the switches were still pristine. Keycaps were also really dirty. Just had to give that keyboard a good washing. Still had some rust on the backside for mine but not a huge deal.
It's a good deal to try out black switches though it feels way different than my Noppoo mx black and I don't have a 3rd one to compare it to so I can't say which is actually the "standard" feel. The taller keycaps on the 911 make it feel a lot lighter than the Noppoo. Wondering if the slightly off center nature of the keycap affects it too. Looks like it's off center to let more light shine through. As is, I put firm silencing pads on the 911 and it's still not as stiff as the Noppoo. Not saying stiffer or looser is better or worse, just making an observation. Interestingly enough, it's also still louder than my Noppoo without any silencing pads, weird.
One thing that I don't think has ever been mentioned yet is the fact that not only does it not have any kick up feet to angle it, but it actually seems to angle DOWN if you lay it flat. The keys on the top seem to receed so it's lower than the keys on the bottom. This drives me absolutely nutz as I need to have feet on my keyboard out, I can't even stand flat keyboards. However the way I can see myself using it in the future is as a portable laptop keyboard (the working trackpad is a nice addition) and chances are I'd probably put the keyboard in my lap where it feels fine.
All in all, it's a great additional novelty keyboard or can be a functional laptop replacement board. It's also a very economical way to try out MX black switches. However I would not recommend this as a mainstay keyboard. I wouldn't even recommend someone who just wants an MX black to supplement their other keyboard switch types to get this, if this is the only one they're gonna get. Get a "real" MX black keyboard, and get this for fun.
