Is the Type Matrix really that bad?
(1/1)
knightjp:
I first came across the TypeMatrix while doing some online reading about ergonomics, alternative layouts and preventative measures for RSI, etc.
I saw a number of videos where users were really swearing by it and then I came across one video where the user was just swearing period. :)) :))
I know its 6 years old, but this has to be the most entertaining review of a keyboard I've ever seen.
So this is a question for those who love the TypeMatrix. What do you really like about it and has it actually helped improve RSI and stuff?

chyrosran22 generally can't deal with ergonomics, he is also on this forum (see `reviews` section). probably still a good review of the quality, but no reviewer can tell you, whether you will like it or not.

I know about this preference for full size keyboards with proper mechanical switches.
I get why his channel has so many views. He's entertaining. His voice is very good as well. I don't know what his day job is, but I think he has a good voice to become a paid narrator for documentaries, etc.
Anyways, this thread is more about the typematrix itself. Is it good? Is it bad? A bad keyboard can still have people who like it. For instance, I'm currently typing on a Bastron Glass keyboard and I like it.
