HHKB

Novatouch has come in second on pretty much every comparison.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Wanted to try 45g topre, in dilemma either going with entry level novatouch, or straight for the crown hhkb pro2 type s.

Anyway you won't go wrong with topre, it's pretty good oneness with rubber cup feeling but the most down side for me is  the inability to change caps like mx switches, well unless you're super keen with aesthetic I suggest you go for it!

You sometimes get a coloured WASD  or coloured Esc, which is about as far as most keyboard manufacturers go.

Well, I missed out on the blind box Fugus. RNGesus has once again forsaken me.  Luckily I missed out on the unpaid invoice raffle too, as I was on a date with my wife. (Last time that ever happens.)

I keep telling myself that one day..... I'll be able to receive an invoice. Does more caps = a bigger chance at winning?

Committing to buy more caps doesn't influence your chances of winning. Maybe some artisans do this, but ETF doesn't.

Yeah, for etf it doesn't matter. The amount you put is the amount you will win if selected, but no less. So if you chose 5 and only 4 are available, then you don't win.
At least, that's how etf made it sound.

I know for other artisans if you select 5 but only 4 are available, you get those 4, but you actually select the caps you'd like to win, whereas etf's is completely random.

Thought originally I would have had to have some therapy after missing out on the first round of blind box, but somehow got into the bonus round.
