Ok I was able to ship most tonight afterall. It won't matter much though since post office is closed tomorrow. I was not able to use the machine though to do the international ones and the military address; will do those first thing on monday.

Weird, I don't want to derail this thread, but if I put the Shamrock key in between 2 other FILCO keys it is noticeably smaller.

Hard to get a good picture with an iphone, but this does show the Shamrock key being smaller/shorter than 2 other FILCO keys when a flat level piece is placed on top of them

Most keycaps have a mark like that (some more obvious than others); it's from where the key was attached to the sprue after molding. It's usually not visible when the keycap is installed.

I check the the Round4/wiki and this keycap is not in the list. Maybe http://www.wasdkeyboards.com can make some of these caps. Thanks for the offer I will send you a PM with my email
