It's not terribly wrong, just funny. I didn't know they could do a bold font!

Sorry about a crappy cell-phone picture!

To the people on the pre-order list, I worked out the details! I'll just copy-paste iMav's instructions:

Price: first key $9 shipped, additional keys +$5 each.

Send money via paypal (as a gift if at all possible) to bojan.kotur [at] gmail.com . In the subject, put IBM GH key - March - GH username. In the body of the message, please include number of keys, your mailing address, and your geekhack username.

EU members can choose SEPA payment. PM me for details.

Cheers,
SainT

Here's a better picture. As you can see, most of the caps have "weak print" in the center, beats me why. The worse samples will not be distributed. It's certainly not perfect but also not too terrible.

I'll also speak to Chuck on Monday as he wasn't at work today.

Hmm, they aren't very consistent on printing... Have to use it on something less used, like scroll lock...

Oh jesus, forgot about this entirely.

I suppose you still have some left?

EDIT: Of course you do, I see my name on the list on the first post. Boy, do I feel like a ****. Sorry to keep you waiting!

If you still have a few left, maybe I could get two off you instead of the one I signed up for? By the way, is shipping still the same to New Zealand ($9 for first key, $5 for additional including shipping)?

Many thanks, sorry to piss you around.

Cool. Sent that off now. My first time doing a personal Paypal transaction, looks like it screwed up the format of my address in the message, but hopefully you can figure it out.

Thanks heaps for this man!

Noticed on my Unicomp 122-key, that occasionally the printing is a little iffy, much like the keys you got. For example, my `Control' key (spelled out, not `Ctrl') is a little crooked and faded in places.

In any case, no big deal, get street cred for having a faded Model M! That's some serious typing!

Cool, got home from work and there were two nice keys in the mailbox.

The ones I got actually look very good, the printing is not really all that bad. Nice red too. Brilliant, thanks very much Half-Saint!

Will post up a pic of them on my aircraft carrier when I get to work tomorrow.

Was happily surprised (although obvious now I look back at this thread) that they have the keystems as well! So now I have a couple spare. Which is good because I'm about to receive a very crappy Model M with a keystem missing.

Big thanks to Half-Saint.

If possible, I'd like 4. Didn't read the entire thread, so did you settle on just red?

I still have 18 quite decent caps left and 11 that have crooked or smudgy labels. Anyone interested in getting the keys, please follow the instructions from the 1st post. Thank you.

Sending payment for 1 key soon. FYI Half-Saint, unless I'm missing something I didn't see instructions in your first post, had to go to post #60 at the bottom of page 4 for instructions.
