Lower price tiers are already being unlocked on many kits. Get them while they're hot!  :thumb:

As noted in the IC, in for both or I just know I'll regret it later as we watch the SA backlog increase.

All these renders look great!

I just wish I could render myself a nice new clean desk :))
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I was thinking about adapting the Dasher D2 logo that is on the Massdrop pics (on the OG board) into either a vinyl sticker or a metal plaque of some sort.

I was thinking about deleting the Data General part, just having the logo then Dasher SA blue over white.

Is this something anyone else would be interested in? My plan for it is to fit in the space between the bottom of the six nav keys and the top of the arrow keys on a TKL board. Dasher is going on my TANK V2.

Open to suggestions as well.

There is a R2 1.5u BACKSPACE key in the SPECIALTY kit.

Where do you see a "DELETE" key?

Oh. That is just a concept render by Zambumon, with a good measure of artistic license applied. It is not necessarily representative of the keycaps legends in this set. The only official manifest of the available keycaps (and their legends) is the kit renders (by me).

For those of you who participated in this drop but are no longer following the MassDrop discussion page, it was announced today that all kits will be produced, even the three that did not reach MOQ (Dancer ISO, Dancer NORDE, and Dancer COLEVRAK).  :D

Thanks for letting us know, even though I never picked those extras (not needed) good for those that want it  :thumb: .

Bring on the Blue Wonder, we desperately require it on all of our keyboards  ;D .

When do MassDrop put their extras up for sale?  Isn't it maybe once or twice a year only?

Have keyset extras been available before in these regular "bazaar" sales?

I believe that's normally when I've seen the extras go up but, I admit, it's been a while and I may not be remembering correctly.

MassDrop sent out an email update.  Sounds like the ETA has been pushed back 4-5 weeks due to a large order.

No probs, like it would ever happen with key-caps getting your order at the mentioned deadline.

Yeah, this is true.  Though I was hoping it wouldn't quite be so long a delay.

They will still ship a good year before Round 6 phase 2 (which I've been waiting for 18 months already).  :-*

All of 7bit's Group Buys move at Glacial speeds here, so when the entire Greenland Glacier empties into the Atlantic Ocean you shall get your key-caps  :thumb: .

I don't know that anything can really compare with 7bit's buys.  They're definitely very unique from start to finish.

Really like the photos I've seen so far, seems "friendlier" than the renders.

Renders try to be as accurate as they can but there's lots of variables that go into how pictures of caps turn out.

I just hope I get a shipping notice soon.

Yeah, those early photos on reddit are in super bright direct sunlight. My renders attempted to provide a more conventional "indoors" look. Compared to a photo that isn't stopped down to a proper exposure level, the renders that I, thesiscamper, and zambumon created are positively dim and drab.

Thank you so much for this set zslane. It's everything I wanted it to be, well worth the wait. Pictured with my WhiteFox Aria!

There will be a ton of people selling them on the aftermarket. I sold mine on Mechmarket. Didn't even open the package, was happy to see them gone after this long wait.

Oh, cool.  Did you go back to pick up these numbers?  I was confused.  Really hoping this is a success in MT3 as well.  Plan on buying a lot of kits.  I own Dasher kits, but I'm still looking for a Dancer set.

This is a great graph.

Holding off on MT3 but if this runs in GMK, I’m in for both colorways.

Yes.  I figured with MT3 Dasher running, it’d be interesting to see the SA numbers.
