This is a Work In Progress
I plan to make a wireless mech. I have a logitech wave from before I got my first mech, and its collecting dust. Its wireless, and thus I have the idea to make a wireless keyboard, with mech switches but my own layout
The RD's controller and matrix:

Over the next few weeks, I will decipher this membrane system and design a plate to be direct soldered. Soon.... I will have my own wireless mech!

nice work, keep it coming

looks like the lines have test points on the PCB, you should be able to solder to those for the matrix.
Keep in mind it's 2kro. diodes wont help. I say ignore the membrane and bridge the rows to the columns to see the matrix. Keep track with a spreadsheet. It's gonna be a pain to wire up the switches, and will likely look ugly, but should work. Some koreans have done this with some sort of cheap logitech before.
