What I'm doing here is much lower quantity than what those would be produced at.

Ah, you might want to link the 3.1 version of that cable, not the 2.0 version. It's only marginally more expensive anyway.

...Also, anyone else find it a tad bit worrying that monoprice's cable comparison table has a row labelled "Maximum Power" that lists amperage?
