Reddit might be you place to find it, or through Discord groups - that's how I found my Sky Dolch Fugu

I know this is really late cause I just saw this now, but if you are still trying to find this phinx than the artisan trading discord might be the best option for you.

It's pretty active for nightcaps, I'm not sure how obtainable the one you mentioned but you might as well put up a wtb on the nightcaps channel (specifically for the watermelon fugu one at least)
