If you post this question on the discussion for the drop you will get answers faster :D As far as I know, there are three ways to get the alphas you want to work with the dvorak layout.
Option 1: Get the alphas, and the DC kit
Option 2: Get the adaptive alphas kit
Option 3: Get 2 sets of the blank alphas
As for the rest of the keys that you need to get, you need to give us more information to help you out. Lets start with this, what keyboard do you have?

i have a fullsize filco
numpad and mod i got it but the alphas are confusing

Ignore the adaptive alphas, they are meant for the plank I think and use a different row profile to the mods so wont work well on a full size keyboard like you have.
Looks like you've already figured out you need one mod kit and one numpad kit. In addition to that you'll need one set of the normal alphas along with the DC kit if you want a dvorak layout

Here are the kits that you need:
- Alphas
- Modifiers
- Numpad
- DC kit
You should be set after that.
