Exactly, it does have the US International character set. I use it every day, and I can tell there is not actual need for the alternate legends to be actually printed; I know exactly where they are, at least the ones I use more frequently, but they look cool. In the other hand, as I prefer double shot Cherry caps I would never get a set like this, unfortunately.
I know them by hard too :)) and I prefer ABS to PBT but it's nice to see the layout printed for real on a set  :cool: :cool:

how the **** do i install the metal feet on my gon ns nerd 60 hhkb?! they are loose as hell but don't completely fall off. I can't seem to tighten the screws... jeez

Thanks! I downloaded switchhitter and mashed on each of the keys, everything seems fine, but I have not experienced chattering myself so I am not sure what people have had issues with.

Nice! Yeah some people had issues with the switches deforming slightly during soldering which would affect the reliability of switches

Thanks guys!  Yeah the price isn't the easiest to swallow, but I really appreciate the attention to detail that GON has.  It makes it worth it, IMO (unless you lust after a hefty case).

Finally after what seems like for ever I bit the bullet and ordered parts to build my own, Gon was easy to talk to and helped me me out with what LEDs to buy
was super fast shipping as well

Just assume 5 months if unassembled or longer if assembled and minimal communication. If those are your expectations you won't be disappointed.

I was deciding whether or not to get a GON NS or just settle for the acrylic cheaper one but after seeing yours I know I'm going to get the NS. I'm gonna do pretty much the same color scheme as YongJK did because I got the EVA Notilucous keyset a while back.

Thanks to E3E for swapping the silver GON feet with me and HoffmanMyster for explaining the possible layouts I can do with GON's plate.

This board was originally in a standard 87 winkey layout and I reassembled it to a 86 winkey layout.

Thanks to E3E for swapping the silver GON feet with me and HoffmanMyster for explaining the possible layouts I can do with GON's plate.

This board was originally in a standard 87 winkey layout and I reassembled it to a 86 winkey layout.

Wow, that looks great! What an awesome combination of colors. Any reason that you switched the layout to ANSI 86?or was it just for appearance?

Not my board but I own a GON as well.
I used the standard 87 layout but I feel the 86 is nice aesthetically but since GON's NerD UI is so flexible you can literally assign anything to any keys.
The extra key at the bottom row for the 87 layout by default just toggles it to the 2nd layer.
I might change mine to the 86 layout as well but not anytime soon.  :)

Very well-coordinated. I love the screw color and how you worked with the key cap colors. :D

Wooden table belongs to a local antique shop and shop owner was quite surprised when I asked them if I could take some photos of it with my keyboard.  :))

Thanks! Most of it was for the appearance since not having that extra FN key does not really bother me.  :p  It is just visually more pleasant to me.
But it did take a lot of work for getting rid of that one key as I have to desolder everything and assemable them again.  :-X

Haha thats sort of hilarious. I bought a GON, had 1 set of blue feet and 1 silver. I sold the silver ones to E3E and then the GON with the blue feet to Icyskyz.

The keyboard looks wonderful Icyskyz, hope you are enjoying it.

Yes! I thought I mentioned that, but it was probably another case of me "writing something in my mind" as opposed to actually having written it down, haha.

Yep, it came in! I still have yet to do a stem conversion to make it ready for my Alps board, but when I do, then I'll have a full set of PBT caps just waiting for it. I'm excited!

Haha, yep! I thought it was really funny how we all ended up crossing paths like that and, at least for icy and I, ended up with our original choice in color for the aluminum feet.
