What kind of sardines are those?
All the sardines I've ever had come in a red tomato sauce...this is intriguing!

Looks a little like curry.. I wonder if curry sardines are a thing.

I eat mostly vegetables, fish, chicken, cheese, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, eggs.
Try to stay away from breads, pastas, rice, etc.

Dear user: vitalious.

Tp4 am Gekhak's primary proponent of Plant-Based-Nutrition.

Full disclosure,

- I have an agenda to improve the health of all members.
- I have no objection to violence, subjugation or cruelty as utilized in the animal industry.
-- These are mere facets of being a lifeform within cybernetic systems.

As I understand from your post, you've enlisted under the currently popular Low-Carbs fandom.

I do not know how much you've researched the issue.

But I highly recommend you further inquire the net beyond the first few google results on the deeper truths of eating primarily animal products.

For example, you will find:

-- Meat is a class 1 and class 2 carcinogen declared by the World Health Organization.

-- It is illegal in the United States to use the words "Healthy" or "Nutritious" on any primarily egg products

-- Diabetes is the inability to process sugar, but it is actually caused by high-fat-consumption

There are alot of reasons which culminate in the above claims.

I would wish you good health, but the realist in me knows it will not do any good if you continue eating as you do now.

Sincerely.

Tp4, the Cruciferous Xpert. !

I must start firing up the grill more often.

The company I work for carries the Komodo Joe (fabulous, like green egg but improved) but they are way pricey even at employee discount.
"It turns out that for a decade, whenever Trump wanted to get a loan, or make a deal, he would inflate the value of his real estate. For instance, suggesting that his 11,000-square foot penthouse was a 30,000-square foot penthouse.
And the attorney general of New York knew that Trump's property values were inflated because when it came time to pay taxes, Trump undervalued the very same properties.
It was all part of a very sophisticated real estate practice known as “lying.”

I bought a ~$60 char-broil kettle and I'm liking it.

I've seen komodo joe grills but they're definitely out of my price range.

Tp4 used to take the popeyes fried chicken skin from the thighs,  then roll it around a nathan's hot dog. then pull the chicken thigh apart, stir them in a mixture of the popeyes mardigras-mustard sauce, then lay that ontop of the whole thing..

We've got a local mom and pop grocery store that sells catfish nuggets for really cheap, I don't know if they get a really large pack and repack it or what but they're packaged with the typical butcher board and plastic rap.

There was a decent mom and pop drive thru in my area that sold fried catfish along with some sides like fried okra, coleslaw, mac'n'cheese, etc.. They were open for a few decades so I guess they had a good run.

tp4: will find out today if skim milk can be used with schmilk.  Trying to find out if oat flour has enough fat for the soluable vitamins.

Think about it this way dante..

If the tested 0% chance of Heart disease macro-nutrient composition is 22 grams of fats PER DAY.

at 7.33 grams per meal,  that is enough fats to dissolve whatever fat soluble vitamin you need dissolved..

Grams is misleading sometimes,  because if you look at 22 grams of cooking oil.. That's 25.229 ml,  which is MORE than half a shot glass full.

That's actually ALOT..

I was told not a good idea to use skim milk - not enough fat for the vitamins.

The skim milk brand I tried doesn't really taste good, or at least as good as Fairlife.  I also want to experiment with Oberweis and Organic Valley Grassmilk.  I will also mess around with Organic Valley Soymilk.

I purchased a Ice Shaker and the included agitator doesn't handle the Oat Flour very well.  Blender Bottle is not perfect but at least it does a better job.  Will keep the Ice Shaker though as it will keep it forever cold.  I may blend it up first and then pour it into it.

Also started attempting intermittent fasting today.  2 out of 4 portions for Lunch at Noon, 2 out of 4 at 6pm.
So how'd it turn out?

I'm thinking of going on a diet using meal replacement something or others for lunches.
