How to start a GB thread

I've run an IC for a nice little project https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=87107 and would like to move on to the group buy stage.
Since I can't just start a topic in the GB forum I take it that there's a system for doing this.
Anyone care to share the steps?  ;D

Get 25 posts on your account, post the thread in the GB section and wait for moderation approval.
