The price of the kit will be 115GBP.
So cheap! That’s like 50% of the price of gmk sets with similar coverage, and in a superior material! Will buy a couple  :thumb:

It's about €30 cheaper than a GMK set with a euro kit, not quite 50% but I guess most euro kits aren't quite that extensive
Remember to add VAT. My plum set was 246,76 USD in total. That is about 190 GBP. (that means that this is just 40% cheaper and not 50, my bad)

A little unfair to compare something you import yourself vs proxied goods - would be more comparable to a GMK set shipped directly from Europe, but I can't think of any recent GBs that had an EU proxy and an euro kit.

Either way, for someone like me who has no use for half of the set, it's too much money.

no one like myself or non-EU guys are gong to be interested at that price.
There's a good number of people who prefer dyesub PBT over doubleshot ABS. I believe they would find this price fair and interesting.

If someone is not interested in the Euro half, they are essentially paying £60 for the following keys

I wish you guys luck on meeting the MOQ as I know even when there are Euro kits, stuff is usually missed. Hopefully you can get this extensive set.

I agree.

This is a rare opportunity. Worth buying one extra. Just in case.

BTW. When can we order?

From the GMK DOOM thread.
I am not sure when the group buy for this keycap set will start, however it will most likely be in December. I think the group buy for EnjoyPBT Europe will be organised before this.
I believe we can expect this to happen in a couple of weeks.

Sorry for being late to this but a Spanish Ñ would be awesome for this international kit! Also, if some color accent for the mods would be available, that would be nice as well.

I understand at this point epbt probably sent you samples and everything, but if you ever want to look into other pbt dye sub vendors, hit me up!

I believe quality speaks and I would be happy to send you samples to compare.

Looking forward to this set!

All the best!

I think this group buy will start either this month, or January!

The colour hasn’t been 100% confirmed.

What colour would you like to suggest? Any colour is available.

Any colour is available.
Meaning light legends on dark keys with inverted dye sub is possible?

In that case, I would suggest a replica of the Yamaha CX5M.

Or even the CX5M-II which has cyan legends on mods.

Also a Classic Beige with full iso support might be sell well.

You might want to put it up to a vote.

How do you feel about offering international kits that go with all the other keysets epbt already sells?

I really don't want to buy another keyset when I already have 2 from epbt.

Can't believe I've missed this for so long! I have a couple of blank enjoypbt keysets, never went with the gorgeous dyesubs because there was no HHKB layout support... which this brings, LIKE! :thumb:

Personally, I would love to have the classic beige enjoypbt already had, with red or purple legends (or even blue). Will it be possible to have different sets with different legend colours, or will there be only one colour scheme?

UPDATE:

I am currently waiting to receive a sample of this kit. Apologies for the delay.

How do you feel about offering international kits that go with all the other keysets epbt already sells?

I really don't want to buy another keyset when I already have 2 from epbt.

Recently I have been considering splitting the sets into two:

- ANSI with Compatibility Keys
- ISO Pack with all ISO Keys

however I am concerned that the ISO pack may not reach a separate MOQ of 70-100 units.

Can't believe I've missed this for so long! I have a couple of blank enjoypbt keysets, never went with the gorgeous dyesubs because there was no HHKB layout support... which this brings, LIKE! :thumb:

Thank you for the support. The keycaps will have the classic beige and grey colour scheme with black legends.

Any update for us? GMK Legends sound perfect.

The GMK legends will only be used if I decide to go with another manufacturer. Currently this set is most likely going to be produced by EnjoyPBT.

One more question: is there a chance to have dished home keys without bars?

Unfortunately I will not be adding any more keys to this kit. Sorry!

Please do. Completely disinterested otherwise.

Do you believe people who would want to pay for all those extra keys they aren't going to use outweigh the number of people who would buy the ISO pack? If the ISO pack doesn't hit MOQ, I don't think the entire thing as one set would hit MOQ in the first place. I doubt there is anyone who would pay all that extra money for ISO/EU keys they wouldn't use when they can just buy the 145 key enjoypbt set from kbdfans for $105 shipped

How would this affect the pricing for the ISO people? If splitting ends up costing more (like more than 5$), then I suggest to sell it together in order to more easily make the MOQ.

You could also sell the same set without the ISO keys, in addition to the combined kit, in order to cater to Petch et al, who for some reason have not already bought their sets form kbdfans.

I thought the key idea behind this project was to bring a keyset on the market that's specifically made for EU users.
It would be a shame if an EU-ISO-Kit doesn't hit MOQ, but a widely available ANSI-Kit does.

I am still working on the pricing if both sets were to be split, I'll post the price as soon as possible.

I am still leaning towards one set, I was just thinking of advantages of splitting the base kit.

Why do you think them being 2 sets would mean it might not hit MOQ, whilst being 1 single set would?

For that to happen there would have to be people interested in buying the full single set that are not wanting any of the EU/ISO keys. And you said it yourself, those sort of kits are widely available. If people who are doing this come forward I'll shut up about it, but I can't see any scenario where someone wanting ANSI only would buy a full ISO/EU kit with all the extra cost that adds.

If anything, splitting the set will make hitting MOQ *more* likely (if it's the same colour as existing sets) as there are already a lot of enjoypbt sets floating about people might want to buy an EU/ISO kit for. There's clearly a market for that since KBDfans are already selling a (very small) enjoypbt ISO kit.

Unless the MOQ will for some reason be higher for each individual set if it's split?

Possibly because it will be more expensive if split?

If it is not, we should split to three kits while we are at it. ANSI specific keys in their own kit, away from polluting us Europeans. ;)

That would be amaze! And a guaranteed buy.

This kit also needs 6u center-stem spacebar too. Maybe a separate spacebar kit could support all of these.

How about other manufacturers?
Looks like someone got a hold with BSP lately. Perhaps NPKC as they seem to be capable of doing PBT doubleshots, although I'm not sure wheter they offer ISO keys.

Man. That's a major letdown.(on their side)

I was really looking forward to a thick ISO PBT set.

My interest in the set, manufacturers aside is still 100%  :thumb:

Thanks OP for the work you've put into it till now!
Waiting for GMK Miami Dolch ISO . . .

Looking for: Titainium Spacebar 6.25

I received news this morning that ePBT no longer wish to produce this set.

I am considering all other profiles for this keycap set.

Not cool! Did they give you a reason as to why they changed their mind?

How about other manufacturers?
Looks like someone got a hold with BSP lately. Perhaps NPKC as they seem to be capable of doing PBT doubleshots, although I'm not sure wheter they offer ISO keys.

I have three (blank) sets with NPKC which have ISO-keys. :)

That's encouraging. They are cherry profile, are they?

That's correct. I don't use any other profile than Cherry.

Still 100% here aswell. Can we not just go towards GMK? or will people have a issue with the "heavy" prices. I personally do not mind!

You might not mind, but the price step will but off enough people for it to not make MOQ.

Even on massdrop GMK sets where over a thousand base kits are sold, the amount of international kits sold usually sits around 50 - which is below GMK's MOQ (they still get produced, but only because of massdrop)

GMK is only ABS.. I'm not going to overspend on plastic that wont even outlive my underwear.

The point with this set was high quality PBT and support for various layouts that's always left out. There's tons of GMK-sets out there that supports various layouts if anyone feel like they have to much money. :)
