How do you find out if you're doing the sale correctly? I thought you just enter your information in the forms, or am I missing something?

I'm sure Binge will update after the 25th but I think they're finishing up the last bits of the Photochromic sale at the moment.

When you say old cx5 how old are we talking? I assume the switch doctor master caused no issue but the otter one? I wonder if just cx5 that is unused and allowed to sit will cause the same issue?

5-6 months old at this point.  The switch doctor mold is the one that failed.  Otterophile has a hard master. CX5 will age all on its own and inhibit plat cure silicone as it degrades..

Sorry for all the questions but what do you intend to seal it with? I have some caps made with Cx5s and I don't want to fall into the same error. Do you think just a clear coat would do the trick?

Thanks for the tips Binge!

Mold production is proving to be a huge challenge.  Clear sealant must not have been thick enough?  I'm not sure because if that's the case then I'm going to lose a lot of detail.

Currently looking into other sealing methods.

Did you try priming it first, before the sealer?
Adam recommends http://www.plastikote.com/products/Primer/Sandable-Primer.html, but I haven't tried it yet.

That's a primer, not a sealer.  Good looking at the FAQ :)

Neat colors! Haven't seen many black/yellow artisan colorways. Then again, Binge's stuff is always very unique.
