Custom keyboard plate CAD scaling?

Hello ,
I am currently trying to build a custom keyboard but I still have some questions about the plate and the mid filler parts. In particular the scale I took some resources from GH CAD Resources linked here;
https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=47744.0
. I wanted to know if the scaling were right since I don't fully understand how CAD works. I would also like to get a second opinion about the screws holes since I will be using M2x5 but with spacers in between I don't know if the holes should be 2mm based on the screws thread or bigger. Any input relavent to the projent would be much appreciated[/font]
