Can you tell me what case colors passed the MOQ so I could consider a new color combination since my color selection didn't pass MOQ

Hey how do I get a 60% ALPs board? I only see MX in the options when I order.

It's still in the road plan for the upcoming future. ;)

Alright thanks! Having a tough time finding a duck mini.

Not sure if you've been reading the rest of the thread, but R1 is about 10 months delayed. I'm don't think there can be an R2 timeline until R1 is done (unless he has plans to move R2 work to someone else while he solders R1 pcbs). Even if he did give you an estimated timeline, how much information would you gain anyways (considering the ETA for R1 has been shifted back consistently for 10 months)?

All I could hope is that the Sept timeline would not be delayed further...

The R2 60% are factory soldered, is not the same as in R1 where he had to hand solder all the boards. So R1 has no effect on R2

I think the only way to make the shipping faster is let the buyer do the soldering on the diodes. Honestly, I thought soldering the smd diode is a nightmare, but after reading some information here, it's a breeze. You just need a tweezer though to hold the diodes.
What I did is this(just like what swill did):
1. Apply a small amount of solder on one side of the joint on the pcb(Don't put yet the diode). Wait for the solder to dry up.
2. Using a tweezer, align the diode to the joint along with the newly applied solder. Then apply heat to the solder and the other end point of the diode. While the solder is melted, use this chance to align the diode or push down so that it will fit correctly. Once seated, wait for the solder to dry up before applying solder to the other side.
3. Then apply solder to the other end point. Don't apply too much heat as will cause the other joint to melt.

I'm not a native speaker and this might seem confusing to someone. But hopefully it helps. Sprit needs the help he can get and that I thought we as buyer can shoulder the diode part :)

I really wish he had focused more on getting the R1 orders out before starting R2. It seems like an unfair way to conduct business, even if this is just a group buy. Hopefully, things won't be delayed any further and people will start receiving things soon.

The R2 60% are factory soldered, is not the same as in R1 where he had to hand solder all the boards. So R1 has no effect on R2

That claim is only true if packing took no time. But it does, and it's unfair for him to pack R2 instead of soldering R1 (unless for some reason he can do the former but can't do the latter)

I'll be shipping R2 orders (along with other acrylic case GBs) for NA buyers, as it'll be cheaper and faster than Korea EMS -- So Sprit can concentraate on getting R1 orders out.

The 100/110%s had quite low order count, so it's still under MOQ. If I recall correctly, he said there were only 10-20ish orders.

Problem is, making a low amount of PCBs would cost ppl a lot more money, and some might not want/know how to do SMD soldering. :(

I understand Sprit has a lot on his plate right now but the lack of informations makes it frustrating on the receiving end. How many PCBs are there left to solder to complete R1 shipping? What kind of ETA are we looking at, days, weeks?

Yah, I'm really happy for him that he's got a new job, but that just doesn't fly as an excuse when you've taken people's money and just about every update is an apology for another delay in shipping estimates. It's equally frustrating when he stops replying to PMs when you try to work things out with him privately. People that know me here know that I'm not the type to crap on someone's thread but I've been waiting for over a month on an answer to a simple question about the current status of my 75% order. I'm fine if it's "you're number 127 in line and it should be about 3 months before I get it out" but it's bull**** to not answer someone who has paid you money for a product that you're failing to deliver. I don't care so much about what the answer is, I care more about having clear communication on a regular basis. When you're sitting on thousands of dollars of other people's money, you literally do OWE it to them.

Update   31th

SO Sorry for the Shipping Delay for the rest of R1 !!!   = I will finish the Rest of R1 Shipping from me in 3 weeks.

Sorry for the R2 Production delay! - The Cases are under Finalizing, I had to Solve One critical Issue on the PCB Bolts  for the Compatibility for 2mm Poker Bolts and 3mm Standard PCB standoff Screws.   It took so much time, Now Fixed. I've produced custom compatible Screws.

60% PCBs are in the SMT Pre-soldering Factory,
due to some Parts(diodes, capacitors..) changed for a better SMT work.

I will Post Pics very Soon !

(Attachment Link)

To those looking for a recent update, please see above.

Sprit is one person. With a job. He got a lot more orders than he realized he would get, and has acquired help. Please try to read through the past couple pages of posts for updates before asking for one, as it just makes both of their jobs even harder and makes it hard for other people to find recent updates.

Alright folks, I've got an update from Sprit.

Sprit will be receiving the remaining springs from the factory today, and will commence shipping this week for sure. He aims to have everything shipped out by the end of the month. I'll be taking care of all NA orders (Cases, PCBs, Switches, [Canadian/some US] springs etc), so you guys can be expecting a shipping invoice soon. I'll provide an update once I've authorized an import with DHL to Sprit's place. According to my DHL importing quote, it should only take 1 business day (since Korea's 16 hrs ahead of PST, the package sort of travels back in time  :)) )

Thanks for hanging in there everyone.

Most of the later orders did not include shipping in the invoice/purchase. :)
Don't worry, I'll have a list of people who had already paid for shipping.

Any word on my color change? I'd like to pay my invoice :/

Alright folks, I've got an update from Sprit.

Sprit will be receiving the remaining springs from the factory today, and will commence shipping this week for sure. He aims to have everything shipped out by the end of the month. Is this for the remaining R1 orders or also with R2 orders? If this include R2 are all PCB+cases size shipped together (60%, 87%, 100%, 110%)
Thanks

I told him about your colour change request, and he told me that he'd email you. (Sept 8th)
Since I'll be receiving extra cases, I should be able to update your colour change regardless. I've sent him another email for good measure  :).

Should be for both, depending on how many R1 orders are in NA/complete.
As for the PCB & cases, I'll reconfirm with what were produced. I know for sure 60% cases & PCBs are complete.

Does this include fully assembled R1 orders as well? If not, do you have an ETA on those?

He did PM me asking about the color change, but after I replied with my update, I never heard from him again. I just want to make sure that's what I'm getting >.<

That's for the remaining 24% of R1?

I'll make sure you get the right colours so you can pay the invoice. Did you want both layers pink transparent?

Sprit I'm still having problems with my face2 driver. My laptop thinks its a pointing device and my trackpad shuts off.. I don't have this problem with any of my other keyboards (poker, poker2, pure)
Its a laptop running w8.

EDIT: It's actually a setting where if I plug in a pointing device the trackpad shuts off. I like this setting as I only use external mouse and built in keyboard when I'm on the go.

EDIT2: Further testing reveals that when plugging it the keyboard, both a keyboard and a mouse is detected.
I disabled the mouse device and my problem is solved.
But the question remains, why is it being detected as both a mouse and a keyboard?
