Hi there. I am considering %40 keyboard to make programming symbols and numbers easily reachable. I am much faster with the upper row and spacebarfn than number row. Here is my plan.
- I will put the numbers upper row and symbols to the lower row on layout 1.
- I will put the function keys to layout 2.
What are your thoughts on this idea when compared to the %60 design?

I don't really know or care much about 40% design, but if you want to properly write out a percentage, the percent sign always comes after the number (i.e. 40%).
