Overrated,

Thing was a PITA to make and I hate that I have to wait 1-2 seconds for it to heat up. 32 over 26, great flavor but I won't make another ever again.

Twisted 26 sleeper coil is still the best I have ever used. Crazy flavor and throws vapor down your throat

I wrapped my first clapton the other day, fairly simple but it's a pain in the ass. I typically use a single coil btw. The vapor production was crazy and the coil holds heat for a while so there's less of a vapor production delay. Also pretty dense fairly warm vapor and real solid flavor.

Also I bought a teal 454 Big Block the other day.

Alright guys, I now have an eleaf istick 30w with the Melo tank. Works great and can actually taste what the flavors are supposed to be.  My question is this.

As far as online stores, who is the "Jelly Belly" of juice?

Edit:  Just want to point out, I am not looking for stupid sweet, but I do prefer fruit flavors.  I just want accurate flavors.  Well within reason.

Mine was larger though, 26 around 22. Just so you know.

That should be sick. I'm excited to try some weird vertical builds and maybe quad coil stuff.

I'll probably buy some of that. I also really like king of clouds juices which I get for a pretty good price back home because I know the vape shop guys. Lunar harvest black 6mg is my juice of choice right now.

I'm about to buy a spool of premade clapton to try.  Price is good so why not.

My only issue with the mutation is the coils sit right over the bottom air flow so it leaks super easy.

Hopefully, pic soon of the build I'm about to start.

It leaks like crazy and I had to use my modified to piece to fit it.

22ga 5wraps

Digging the wells on that atty, using the tugboat and dark horse currently and my wicks tend to flair out and trap liquid. Part of the reason why the mutation caught my eye. Nice set up man, bunnylake got me using 22 for dual wraps and I love it.

When I was into super sub ohming I built a .08 using a 22 gauge twisted sleeper build. I loved it but 4 or 5 hits would drain a 2500mah battery and you had to make sure to keep it cool.

i hate how these e juice companies have really stupid names for their stuff.

im looking to get something fruity, but just scanning through makes it impossible with dumb ass names like vivian. ***** what does vivian tastes like? i dont want to click on every god damn link.

anyway, has anybody tried OMG WTF (another stupid ****ing name)? if so, anything similar to it. it tastes like strawberry sour power. which last time i had it was delicious.

Off topic many apologizes, but I fixed the bottom of the vandals to have the squared bottoms of the KWK blanks. Also there will be no more package art, each package will contain a priority mail sticker with art on it so the pesky USPS guys will stop putting stickers over it. Plus you can stick it anywhere and don't have to keep the bubble mailer :P

Hey all is there anyone here that has a good simple set up they would sell or one I could try out. I know sorme of you have multiple rigs or mods and some you don't use . I will gladly pay shipping or if someone has an oldie but goodie that they don't use anymore and would either let me try it out or sell it to me.

There's so many options and in I really don't know what to  use or go for. I'm looking for something with good battery life that's portable that I can take to work. Thanks for your time all  :thumb:

Check out your local vape shops and stuff, but a good kit that you can start out with to try and grow into is the evic mini.  You'll need to buy an 18650 battery for it, but you can also get it in tiffany blue and it comes with a tank and coils, so all you'd need besides is a bottle of juice.

That's a good place to start depending on what you want.

When I started vaping I knew I'd want to build my own coils and super sub ohm which at the time would've been hard on a regulated box so I started with a mutation v2 and a paragon midnight clone (mod that I thought looked cool). But at this point boxes basically do it all so for starting out you should just go with that.

Bonus of the evic mini, it has a bypass/mech mode as well as regulated and ti/ni temp control.  And even low power regulated is fine, so long as you aren't building too much under .4

I've been free of cigs for two years now but my roomie got me into vaping and I'm really enjoying the (mostly) guilt-free clouds - so tasty! eVic VT w/Thump Atty & 2puffs derlin drip tip + B-X Vapor sauce (frigging love Melonlyptus). Current setup is just a plain 2 coil build @ 0.26Ω, 40-55W depending on sauce but I'm really eyeballing the Cloudmaker Tech Whiteout DNA200 for an upgrade when that comes out. BTW if anyone hasn't yet heard of the Scottish Roll method of wicking, I highly recommend it! PunksDead, I saw you on /r/electronic_cigarette and realized I needed to find the Geekhack vape thread  :))

I'm thinking about either the litt 44 or militia mods dna200.  I want more battery than the cloudmaker offers right now, but it's an interesting idea for a box.

Anyone know any interesting vertical coils? I feel like rebuilding my 454 today.

Guys I may have new gear acquisition syndrome... Possibly worst than my keyboard addiction

Local B&M has to good prices though.. And I really wanted to try a nickel build

Crossing off the DNA200 flawless box off my list, this should do the trick

Wrap 22g 6 times and bend it over from the middle .2-.18 for dual coil. Love this build PITA to wick

I'll give it a shot if I have any 22ga left. If not I'll try it with twisted 26.

For a little mod, it's pretty awesome.

How are you guys liking temp controlled mods vs standard VV and VW?

I wasn't blown away with 28g nickel builds. I don't like that I can't dry fire and test the coils prior to wicking. I'll revisit when I get some 24g and 26g.

Nichrome 80 is the way to go IMO, just built some 24g kanthal 32g nichrome 80 claptons... And it's nice, the nichrome heats up quickly and it's a nice warm vape.

You can fire nickel on vw/vv mode to finish coil prep, but honestly, neither titanium or nickel are great for dripping.  Of the two, I prefer Ti in premade coils, but above them both for premade and diy is 302 stainless.  More durable for building, none of the safety concerns and cheap as eff.

That all said, I still prefer the warmth `I get from vv/vw vs temp control.
