Timeline:
1) asked question via e-mail -> answered promptly!
2) placed order on the 6th -> received e-mail with tracking number 10 minutes later!
3) package arrived in perfect condition on the 17th (shipped internationally to the Netherlands)!
4) caps installed -> 4 year old Filco looks new (actually better than new)!
5) typing this post.
These are my first set of keycaps and I couldn't be happier with how this went. Will definitely order more in the future. :D
