Would anybody be willing to throw a single Alps (or even Matias / equivalent clone) switch my way?

Doesn't even need to work, just needs to be a complete switch. Can toss a few $ towards postage of course.

Does anyone have some 'Gold Plated Hot Swap Sockets for PCBs' (being sold by zealpc.net) which they could lend me? I would need exactly 2, which I would pay or return ASAP.

I am interested in building my Ergodox Infinity hot swappable, but am not sure if the PCB is compatible with said sockets. So I would like to be sure, before spending over 60$. The reason I am unsure is the shape of the holes in the PCB. ( https://input.club/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/MD-6758_20150330194040_3fb82ae6812febe4.jpg )

Alternatively I would also value highly the information if the PCB and sockets are compatible.

Edit: Zeal stated that the sockets are incompatible to the Ergodox Infinity.

Normally I don't ask for stuff, but if anyone has an old mini-ITX motherboard, working or broken, that they don't need, I'd love to get it from you for shipping.  I'm thinking my next project needs to be a homemade computer case.

Next time I go to my parents there is an atom powered ITX board with 512mb ram on it, it takes a DC barrel adapter though. I can send it your way for shipping $ if you want whenever i go there next

I have a wide variety of random keyboard things (not all free, but my time is), for anyone who wants to stop by and chat about keyboards in the Los Angeles (Santa Monica) area.
I typed this post on my Slanck. I also developed a stronger, cleaner, easier handwiring method.

Unfortunately its, not because the tex case hole is threaded and the screw is built in to the feet

I unfortunately that will not work. Same aluminum feet on massdrop right now. Same feet being sold at switchtop.com. I already asked them if the screw will fit the whole on a text case, switchtop informed me that aluminum feet will not work with my caser :(

If the threading is the same on your case as on the case I have it is just a M6-1.0 threaded hole.  So get some furniture feet that will screw in there, or some anodized washers people use on cars and motorcycles and throw a bumpon over the screw once screwed down, or even speaker spikes use the same threading, I tried it on my board, its nice for putting holes in your desk, so I would not advise the speaker spikes.  I'm sure even without the original feet being available you can find something that will work.

Hi all,

I am making a modification and need a replacement part that goes on many of CM Storm's boards that have a USB Micro port with detachable connections.

I need THIS PART (shown in a Novatouch)
,

also shown HERE (from a Quickfire Rapid-I)
.

It's the USB Micro port that has a cable that connects to the keyboard PCB.

I would appreciate it if anyone who has torn apart a Novatouch for its MX sliders or has an old Quickfire Rapid-I lying around could spare this piece or the parts/case altogether. It would be incredibly helpful. Please PM me.
Thanks!

Yo yo yo hook your happy lacquerin' bro up with a ps2 cable? I don't want to cut one of my working boards' cables

will pay for shipping!

Found a HP PS2 board I forgot I hated. Harvested the cable from it so now i would like to offer a free cable-less ps2 hp board. I will even throw in a 6 pin weirdo DIN cable if you want :)

hey guys, I am looking for these diss legend caps from sony BKE units.. if you have one let me know, I am trying to collect them.

I also have various mx blues, some with clear tops some with original cherry tops.. (I still have some cherry tops I could throw in) not sure how many probably enough for a numpad or a 40 if anyone wants them.

They're are not too expensive from SP/PMK if you can't find a free one.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

PS: also looking for a couple of Topre sliders (just plain hhkb etc will do). Willing to pay as usual.  ;D

I would be really grateful if somebody in Europe (especially Scandinavia) could gift a Black Alps keyboard like the Dell AT102W. Have been looking for one but can't find one for the life of me. I could even pay a small fee for it.
