****. It's malignant...
Last week I had a call from my doctor's secretary and she said that my doctor needs to move my follow-up appointment from April to this Tuesday.
I thought, ok, time slot released, so he wants to see me earlier. No worries.
So I went there today and he told me that unfortunately lab results showed its is malignant. So now I'm waiting for appointments to do MRI scans to see if there is any spread.
If there's nothing, then we would do tests every 6-12 months or so to make sure nothing shows up. But if there is something elsewhere, then we gonna start radio, chemo and other voodoo **** to kill whatever is left.
And I just booked holidays for this April and June. **** me...
Week ago I started to watch After Life - really nice show I wanted to watch for a long time. Now I feel like I'm part of it...

I'm somewhat annoyed by some people's narrow definitions of "the hobby".
I'm on this board because I type a lot every day and want good tools and I like to create and modify things. That is what Geekhack was about when I registered a long time ago. But apparently there are people who are here only because they have been bit by a collecting bug. I avoid the shiny colourful stuff: it is not for me.
What I do like is that the widening of keyboards as a hobby has nurtured keyboard evolution, so that there not exist even affordable ready-to-buy keyboards with interesting useful features and technical solutions. Not many years ago, you couldn't buy a gasket-mounted keyboard with hot-swapping sockets, without having to solder it yourself, but now you can.
Super excited... And both a pleasant and happy surprise to see him back doing his art.
Will leave sub from Chicago to drop his macro of the keycap, but here are some quick snaps of the "Grimace v2.8" (a revision moving from v2 to v3) next to a Grimace v1 and v2 (Zipnotyzed and Omni-Klepto, respectively). The sculpt is evolving to a truly grimey form. The key was given away as part of a trivia award at the end of the panel/breakout session.Show ImageShow Image
The only vendors I'd trust for this are novelkeys, cannonkeys, omnitype, oblotzky, kbdfans, prototypist, dailyclack, clickclack, and prototypist.Thank you for your info. We will try our best. Thanks
Get two of those on board, and you're fine. You're not going to get two of those on board.
