I'm really sad there was such a glaring issue with printing. The "4" and "5" keys being inverted is sad, but I suppose I will live. Still can't complain about $9/set.
  :p

There's no printing error.

Perhaps you should put something in the OP to stop confusing people who don't read the entire topic lol

Honestly it's rather entertaining, the amount of attention that little swap has gotten. Because it's not relevant for the actual review.  :))

But ... but ... but there was a GLARING issue with PRINTING on these double-shots. WRONG legends were PRINTED on WRONG KEYS -- and vice versa!

Back on topic....would anyone else rather use this set than the Klaxon set? I like the higher profile than Cherry keycaps and the thickness. Not to mention the $9 price tag.

I have come to appreciate Cherry profile, but most of my keyboards still have OEM profile, so it doesn't make that much difference to me.

But now I am wondering about DSA - might try to cobble together something out of my crap bag.

I couldn't deal with DSA on a Filco.  The profile felt uneven when typing, it was just odd and slightly uncomfortable.  But it did look nice.

I suspected the same thing - I am too used to the conventional layout and a completely flat board just looks weird.  But the recent Retro DSA set looks good - I have a few of those in my crap bag, plus random blue, orange and green ones too, and two space bars (red), so I might just be able to cobble together an 87 set to try the feel.

I have come to appreciate Cherry profile, but most of my keyboards still have OEM profile, so it doesn't make that much difference to me.

I've been using the imsto thick PBT for a while and now I finally got used to Cherry profile.  It used to really bug me before.  Though I still feel like if I were to have it my way I'd still pick thick PBT OEM profile over Cherry profile.

I'm looking forward to my Tai Hao set now but I'm a bit concerned as to why blue and black are thinner than the rest of the set.  I've ordered 1 each of all the colors but I feel like blue and black are probably going to be my main set.

I hope typing feel wise it won't be too different.

The DSA (low profile) looks really good. Especially on a Poker. I wonder if Ferrari had it's hand in the development. ;)

I have to say that OEM is my favorite though...so far. I have pretty big hands and I tend to press really hard on my keys since I'm used to typing on a QFR with Greens (oh pattie!!!). Having the taller profile keycaps makes it feel like I have more wiggle room.

DSA profile looks too low in my opinion. OEM profile is the best :D

Keep your eyes peeled - a few people bought many copies - you might see some floating around here in Classifieds or on certain vendor sites.
