I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with KBDfans on this one. It's one thing to have manufacturing delays, it's another to continually give updates giving false/inaccurate information. The fact that they're now selling the reject batch on their site is just pouring salt on the wound.

Honestly, I'm confused why this GB has taken so long. Isn't it basically the same thing as EPBT Black Japanese?

Gok changed/added new fonts and wanted a neutral white set. It looks much better than the other pbt japanese sets. He didn't check the final color ePBT ended up using which cost us 2 months and an additional 2+ months for god knows whatever reason ePBT and kbdfans want to hide from us.

Oh I just got a notification on taobao that my order has shipped. I believe international orders should be shipping soon.

Agree 100%

Pretty clear that ePBT manufacturing the grey jap set from the reject blanks pushed Kuro Shiro back.

Which is absolute bull****. You fulfil your page commitments first. Not try and recoup costs.

Then kbdfans spends time organizing it and uploading on their site in time to sell for their black Friday sale. Rather than ship KS.

Another bad part is Goks name is attached to it. And he has done nothing wrong and got screwed over just like us.

Glad to see that these are finally shipping out. The lack of updates and communication on kbdfans/epbt's part was a huge headache, but the end product looks like it was worth the wait.

Probably. I've only seen one guy post picture (from here and same thing on Discord) and no one else indicated they got a shipping notification, Taobao or not. I didn't even order a spacebar kit so I should logically expect shipping notifications within a week if KBDFANS didn't lie for the millionth time.

Base and Icon kits. I also ordered a Pebble. So they will be shipping if you ordered one

Just received my set from Taobao. The black spacebars are indeed about 1mm shorter and also thinner than the white ones.

The colours and dyesub quality are excellent though, much prefer this over the CRP Tulip that I have sold.

I get that they shrunk and now too small in spec, but why are the black ones produced more thinly compared to the white ones from the get go

Thickness are about the same when I checked again carefully. But the black ones feel lighter, maybe because of different pbt materials.

My order got shipped back to KBDFans as it was rejected by transit warehouse (no idea why). Anyway, they will ship it out with updated black spacebars (hopefully).
