Have there any samples of the multi-coloured novelties? They're what I think will be the biggest challenge.
Would like a statement from you guys concerning Keyreative moving out of dye sub.We've sent a message to Keyreative to clarify how they would handle the manufacturing of KAT Space Dust given recent news. Novelties will have to be dyesub due to their multiple colours, and although we're not against double shot alphas if it looks good, we would need samples of both alphas and novelties to compare side by side before we would be convinced of doing a different process for alphas, vs novelties/mods. I also somewhat doubt the alphas will be double shot as all the legends would require brand new molds given the typefaces aren't the default Gotham-type.
Personally I would 100% not want double shot alphas and poorly matched dye sub novelties, so how are you going to approach this?

I don't know if it's me, but I feel that the renders for the command icons are not the same. The 1.5u and 1.25u are more narrow compared to the 1u.Yeah you're right, I think there was some unintended variation during rendering. Do be reassured that in the AI file prepared for production, all these icon legends are all exactly the same size (literally copy and pasted) and strictly center aligned.

I remember scrolling and scrolling through KAT Monochrome's list of kits being amazed at their number of kits
I believe KAT Napoleonic has more kits, but we have more extras such as multiple artisans and deskmats.

Hey there. This set really looks amazing! I love the vibrant color and space theme. I have a question on the Spaether kit. On the bottom R1 you repeat the same icons on the same color and same size keys. So they're practically duplicates. Wouldn't it be more flexible to swap the icons on the bottom R1 two so you can have the planet icon on the dark purple/blue cap too? Or am I missing something ;DHi there,

Sorry if this was already covered and apologies in advance for my poor terminology. I was browsing the Final renders on Imgur and noticed that there is a discrepancy between 40s Icon Mods vs 40s Text Mods in regards to the row profile. The 40s Text Mod top row profile 'esc' aka 'eject' starts at R3 while 40s Icon Mods top row profile 'esc' starts at R4. On boardsource.xyz when the GB was open both 40s Text and Icon Mods top row profile started with R3, but now the page has been updated with the Imgur final renders which show this discrepancy.
Please may I know which is correct (hopefully R3 is the top row profile)? Thanks.
Kindly note that for the Aero-Sol deskmat, given that multiple people mentioned that they felt that the astronaut's left hand was in dodgy position that was a bit too suggestive, I've decided to take the initiative to edit and redraw shifting that arm a bit further back. The adjustment is minor enough that it doesn't hurt the design at all and has the advantage of no longer looking indecent.
So I just realized I didn't add mods to my order, how screwed am I?

Sorry for lack of updates in this GB thread (it's only been minor updates in the discord).
In summary: Production is ongoing, and the manufacturer estimate remains to be 30 December for when all kits are made and packed ready for shipping to vendors (thus expect a Q1 2024 delivery).
New update, vendors will receive the sets soon, probably best time to update addresses if you need to.
