Cherry MX key stem risers / extenders ?

Hey everyone. I have a couple of cherry MX keys I'd like to raise a few mm.... I could really use something like this, but was unable to locate the model.

Does anyone know where I could find something like this?

I could hack together a model in tinkercad, but if someone already makes risers like this, I'd rather just buy a pre-made thing.
