Sry, man didn't see your reply. Things could be better atm - I'm in the process of seeking political asylum in EU rn. But at least I don't have it as bad as most of migrants, so not complaining. Just really nerve-racking. As for picking the first good board, it's quiet overwhelming rn I would imagine, with all the budget options. My first actual custom keyboard was BM60 in some stock plastic case, domikey 1980s and tangerines, but since then it went through many configs. I should honestly post it here, but didn't have time yet. BM60 is an objectively bad pick, even back then it was. So my advice would be ask ppl from the community, a lot of ppl willing to lend a hand. And don't be afraid to buy something you don't like, worst case scenario you can rebuild\sell it.
