I haven been lurking a while, and created my first "keyboard" it's a 4 key keyboard.

Nice, I like it.
Tell us more. I can see the controller is a Pro Micro, what about the case?
CNC machined aluminum? Did it yourself?
Keep us posted.
-
Thanks,
The controller is indeed a pro micro.
The case is a layer cake of stainless steel 316 and polycarbonate.
I have cut it on the waterjet at work.
It has el cheapo brown switches from aliexpress.
And i plan to use it on my laptop so i can pause the movie, toggle full screen.
If there are more question i like to here it.
I have also added a picture,

Nice project indeed and nice render.
What firmware is it running?

I used
http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com
For the layout
http://builder.swillkb.com/
for the plates and transferred it to Inventor
For the firmware i used
https://kbfirmware.com/
I hope this is what you mean

Very nice.
If you're looking for a numpad, MOZ made an open hardware one (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=80949.0).

That looks good, but my numpad will look a little different.
Here's a picture of my idea

and of my set up

But i am going to alter it some more, and switch to brown switches.

That's one unique layout. What's that lonely 2u key for?
-
I thought to use a enter there, but i am going to change it to enter and layerswitch
-
I'm looking forward to it as well. Nice concept.

That's a fascinating set up and quite an unusual "mouse" - it had me off on a web search to identify it. I like the way you've integrated the two.

It's a 3d connexion mouse. It's very nice for when your working a lot with 3d drawing software. There are also some that have more options, but not one has a integrated numpad.
And with an full keyboard i do not like the position of my hands, but with the TKL i have now i miss my numpad :))
So i came up with this idea.

Yeah, I read the name on its side and looked it up - they've got some fascinating variants.
Fantastic project you've built around it.
