This is as good a place as any to post since it falls into the realm of vaporizers. Just got these two 'lil dudes in the mail today: Magic Flight Launch Box and Power Adapter 2.0
it's my intro to the world of vaping  ;)

(Attachment Link)
Nice!  How do you like it?  I almost got one but went with a Pax instead.  Works great for "tobacco" ;)

It's OK. I'm not used to vaporizers yet I guess and I sort of feel like it ruins the taste of my 'tobacco.' Can't really compare it because this is the first vape I've ever owned which I got to save my tired and aging lungs, so on that front the switch from combustion is night and day cause I feel great. The Power Adapter is amazing and I can't imagine owning this product without one, it feels like a necessity. If I had one main complaint it would be that the chamber is too small so this is really more of a solo-use piece, but it is extremely well crafted and portable.

As far as 'tobacco' vaping went, I used a Vapir NO2. It's not the most attractive vape but it was semi portable with decent battery life and the ability to adjust the temperature is an absolute necessity for vaping. I have got hundreds of hours of use out of it and I loved the experience more than combustion by far. You could use an empty pop cup and run the whip through the straw hole and easily vape on the go. I used it for more of an indoors at home or at the cottage device.

Provari mini is my next move. Most likely with a Phiniac tank, new beauty ring and anodized tank caps. Inside I'll use a Diver RBA. But I want a kayfun lite too. I'm holding out as long as I can to see if Provari makes a 3.0 version that has both Varianle Voltage AND Variable Wattage. A man can dream.

Got this in the mail today. The mod is fine for a ~$40 ego style mod but the juice is just not great at all. I've only tried the blueberry but it's very thin so it drips a little bit out of the bottom of my protank 3 and it just doesn't taste great, in fact it tastes burnt and really irritates the throat. The scent is very strong and will definitely fill your room with a smell. Not a bad smell, but forget about vaping at work or in indoor public areas. I can't be the judge for everyone but got vapes flux nectar is a juice manufacturer that I would avoid if I were you. Fortunately for me, I got both of these 30ml bottles for free. I'm reluctant to try the kahlua cream now just based on my experience with the blueberry.

No cause I wanted it this year....

From order to door at the place I used was 15 days (they're based in asia). Also, did you get the tobeco kayfun clone? I did quite a bit of reading and it seems like the tobeco one is the best of the clones. I love mine

I think I'll be ordering some of the 510 mech mod tops to make one of the DNA 30 mods. I think they look a bit better than just a standard 510

I wish the dna 30 boards were a bit more compact so that they could be worked into a tube mode instead of all these box mods they're always in.

this is my current device:

vamo v5 black chrome with a vivi nova tank. waiting on a nautilus to feed it, turtle ship v2 clone, russian 91%, igo-w, cartel stillare clone, and considering a pre-order for a zenith v2 atm.

It's not that it can't fit, it's that a good tube for diy isn't as accessible as the electronic project boxes you can buy from almost any place that does diy or electric parts.

Currently vaping Backwoods Brew Malty in a Kanger Pro Tank 3 on an eVic.  :thumb:

I know many people prefer to avoid high tech stuff like the evic but I've had great luck with mine. I finally bought a 2nd one. I dropped the first so many times it has a crack in the control head, so that will be my emergency backup. I do plan on fixing with a little epoxy. I've thought about going mechanical + kick for the increased ruggedness, but I don't like the idea of having to unscrew stuff to tweak my wattage. Not having to take the battery out to charge it is nice, and you can vape while it's charging.

If you think the evic has a ton of features that you'll never use, that is true to an extent. Varying the wattage over the time of your draw seemed like a killer feature to me, but I've never really played with it all that much. But in theory it sounds good. Something like start at high wattage for initial warmth, cool it down a little for flavor, increase again to get a nice throat hit at the end...

I've avoided the whole rebuild-able atomizer thing. Maybe one day.

I'm enjoying a mixture of backwoods brews vanilla cupcake and blueberry at the moment. It's a combo that's grown on me and really begins to shine after it sits in a tank for 3-4 days. I was initially skeptical about the difference "steeping" actually makes but I am convinced now that it really improves the taste. At least in this flavor combination from backwoods brew.

Have you tried backwoods casablanca? If you want to see what a radical difference steeping can make, that's one juice you can try. It goes from tasting like jalapenos to chocolatey :) I've only bought it once, I'm actually due for a new 60ml, but I seem to recall it being quite spicy during the first week. I've read that it contains capsaicin. I didn't think it was all that great until about week 5. It's not one of my favorite vapes, but I enjoy it every once in a while.

Hmm, not sure if I posted a related response and it was deleted, or if I vape too much. I was responding at work and I think someone walked into my office. How dare they...

Related: I have an AtmosRX that does not get much use anymore. I have a on/off relationship with nicotine. There is a local guy in Northwestern NJ that makes his own juice, store was called Terravapes (http://terravapes.com/) - I was a big fan of the geeky flavor.

It looks like an overpriced ego-c or ego-t targeted to hash oil and herb vapers.  If you're looking to vape substance-free liquids, an mvp, itaste svd or itaste vv would be better for less money.
